I have never previously stayed at a Home2 Suites by Hilton and I have to say...I was pleasantly surprised. I reserved a king suite and the room was well appointed with fridge, microwave and pull-out table that I used as a desk. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. I never felt enclosed. The property personnel were personable and welcoming. Also, this particular property appears to have been recently updated; very pleasing on the eyes. I stayed at the property for five days and didn’t experience anything that would make me say ‘…I’ll never do this again’. For a frequent traveler, the location of the property was good with a grocery store (Kroger), fast food, and Starbucks just up the street (less than 5 min away). If needed, Walmart was about 11-15 minutes away. If there was one thing I would ‘complain’ about it would be…they must have a parking spot for every disabled person in La Porte TX and zero for Diamond members. Where is the balance LOL! If I ever find myself in La Porte TX again, I’ll definitely stay at this property and as I continue my travels, I look forward to my next stay at a Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Best front desk young man here there is, leave it to adryan to ensure that everything you will need during your stay will be good. The breakfast staff, specifically Rhonda, are very welcoming and always attentive. (Plus 10 points for getting rid of the knocker)

I travel for work just about every week and stay at various Hilton locations, including their more prestigious brands. I can say this location is at the top as far as cleanliness and overall satisfaction and value. Staff is great and knowledgeable, easy highway access to Galveston or Downtown.

Nice hotel in the la porte area. It is semi clean. My room had a stain on the carpet. Not nice to see makes you wonder how clean it really is. However I didn’t see anything else. The staff is very friendly & will go the extra mile to take care of guest.

Stayed one for business Had a personal note addressed to me thanking me for being a diamond member along with the usual waters with a small snack. Very clean facility throughout. Most hotels near industrial areas have stained carpets and have foul odors due to the guest workers showing back up with dirty boots. But not here. Breakfast above and beyond a normal Home2Suites breakfast.

We loved our stay here & chose it due to it’s proximity to the Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk. Both are within a 15’ish min drive, but this hotel is in a much quieter area and off the beaten path. Our room and bed were cozy! A great night’s sleep. The staff were all friendly & accommodating: they checked on us to be sure everything was good. We weren’t able to stay for breakfast, but the spread of food & drinks looked great. The lobby and exercise room all very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was just ok. The staff was very friendly. Only 2 things we had issues with was housekeeping never came near our room but one day. And the business center printer was out of ink. Very convenient location, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Excellent place to stay and my new fav hotel!!! Comfy rooms and great breakfast. The friendly staff was top notch! Mychelle greeted us at the front desk upon arrival and was so friendly! She called me by name later in the evening when I went to get extra towels! She was cheery and definitely wanted to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were roomy and clean. I even changed reservations from a different hotel when we moved to a different city!!! I definitely recommend!

This is my second stay of ten nights this year to teach a refinery inspector course. Loved it so much in January I brought a half dozen students with me this time. Hotel Manager Geovanni runs a tight ship...every time I walk thru the entrance employees are mopping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets. This is absolutely the quietest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. A special shoutout to sweetheart Michelle at the front desk and Sandy who hovers over the breakfast buffet to assure guests are happy campers. Looking forward to my stay in September!
