The worst hotel I ever been in the USA. Period I get no pleasure to say this, I don't wanna ruin someone's business but come on, minimium requirements please. The small swimming pool was with trash on it, trash! the rooms actually was the less bad part but the rest, horrible

We really liked the accomodations. We stayed in room 208 it was very clean and extremely big. Has a kitchenette, couch , bistro type table and chairs, king bed, super cold air conditioner, desk and chair, extremely nice bathroom. Pool, vending machine, and convenient parking. We definitely would stay here again the price was very affordable and hotel staff was professional and friendly. 10/10 rating from US.

Rooms smell like cigarettes
Room stunk of cigarette and when I shared with the front desk agent she just said oh. Mattress horrible support.

Staff was friendly but I had to ask for missing towels, hair dryer and TV to be fixed. Staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed.

BLACK mold
HORRIBLE stay! We not only had BLACK mold but bed bugs, broken beds, doors, faucets, & fire sprinklers. Plus there was a CAMERA looking straight at the beds! Tried to talk to the staff but they did not care and refused to refund us. Just a horrible experience! These photos don’t do justice with how bad it really was!

This is a terrible hotel. I rented for 3 nights, then I added an extra night because the weather got better and wanted to enjoy the beach. Well, when I came back from the beach my door was completely open with all my belongings and electronics inside.
I called the front desk, and they didn't apologize, her answer was I will check with the cleaning staff tomorrow.
I left the next morning.
Also, the safe wasn't working, the pool cannot be used as it was dirty like it hasn't been clean in months, all sinks on the room were clogged. All the clocks in the whole hotel, none of them worked. And by the way is no fitness room, all it is is a small, tiny room, with all bunch of equipment, that are crunch, look like a storage for them.
Is definitely other hotels on the area a lot better, as I drove around, I knew I was on the wrong one.
don't waste your money, I drove all the way from the west coast thinking I was going to have a great time off, all I did was enjoy the beach the rest was a mess.

Very Peaceful
My husband and I where there to stay do to a business event. This property was perfect. The breakfast was amazing, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband forgot his cell phone charger in the room, and we called the next day. The charger was located, and held at the front desk until we were able to recover it. We would definitely stay again.
