5/5, 10/10, or even 20/20, it's your choice. Excellent cassoulet far from the tourist factories, varied and intelligent wine list, on the terrace of an 11th century castle, in the cool. Quiet and properly equipped room with a panoramic view. What else !!!!! We highly recommend this establishment which stands out for its warm and caring welcome. Bravo and thank you again Our wishes for a future that will undoubtedly be bright.

Un fond de rouleau de papier toilette (c'est la faute de la femme de ménage qui est nouvelle ...), pas de télécommande et donc pas de télé parce que problèmes de réception ... Articles de toilette gratuits : c'est abusé, un échantillon de 20 ml pour 2 ... Donc à éviter ...

Les gérants sont des voleurs. Un hôtel à éviter mais surtout à denoncer. Séjour et restaurant catastrophique. Apres plusieurs plaintes, les gérants font semblant de ne pas être les gérants pour éviter la confrontation aux problèmes. Jamais vue ça

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant pour plusieurs raisons. Premièrement, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer, avec des taches sur les draps et des coins non nettoyés. De plus, le service client était peu réactif et peu accommodant lorsque j’ai signalé ces problèmes. Enfin, le bruit provenant des couloirs et des chambres voisines a perturbé mon sommeil. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience dans cet établissement ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes et je ne le recommanderais pas

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir, on aurait dit que le château était à nous… une atmosphère intemporelle… belle grande chambre bien équipée, et excellent petit déjeuner compris. Pour quiconque veut visiter Castelnaudary, c’est une intéressante option à une douzaine de kilomètres.
