The hotel was clean and inviting, the food was fantastic (very tasty) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We are coming back next year for longer. Me and my wife came with our 3 boys, and had a whale of a time - there is plenty to do no chance of getting bored.

Lovely appartments, fantastic balcony however spoilt by the daily numatic drill noise, banging and dust from the work going on below the quiet pool, unable to lay out on the balcony or relax by the pool due to the terrible noise, which spoilt our holiday and had we know about the work we wouldn't of booked there. Reception fobbed us off with empathy and work should be finished tomorrow but of cause it wasn't. Reception also not great as twice they started to answer our enquiries but then went to help someone else leaving us stood there until another receptionist came over and we had to repeat what we wanted again. We will not be going back.

Stayed here for a week with my husband. Huge complex, large spacious apartment with very large balcony with sunbeds, shower and table & chairs. Check in quick snd easy with very clear instructions and map how to get to our room. Notified of building works at check in, yes it was noisy around the quiet pool, couldn’t hear anything from our room or from the other pools. Spotlessly clean complex and all staff friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and received a bottle of fizz and voucher for the spa. Resort is beautiful with plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend these apartments to stay.

Rooms amazing staff friendly, finding your room is another story. After arriving late at not given map and vague instructions. 1hr later managed to find reception and showed us to our room. 4 good pools on. Wasn't informed of building work.

What a lovely stay perfect location 10 minutes walk to the beach and port. Being a first time solo holiday I felt extremely safe and everything is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel it has a very friendly feel to it. I ate here once but it wasn't for me plenty of choices but I prefer exploring out and about. My new found love puerto mogan is just spectacular and beautiful I can't wait to bring my daughter and granddaughter back to cordial mogan apartments I'm September. The 1 bed apartment is very spacious with a huge balcony it's just been perfect thank you and see yoi In September

Nos hemos alojado mi hija , mi hermana , mi sobrina y yo. Han sido 4 días de descanso maravillosos en los que lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Mención especial para Sara de animación que es una profesional como la copa de un pino siempre sonriendo, amable , servicial y atenta a cada uno de los huéspedes del complejo. Mencionar también la perfecta labor de Margarita ( socorrista ) que para mí es la mejor socorrista con la que me he tropezado en mis 50 años de vida. Siempre atenta a su trabajo, cercana con los niños y amable como la que más . Ojalá hubiesen más profesionales como ella en cada complejo porque con ella se demuestra que la edad no tendría que importar a la hora de contratar a una persona. Para ella y para el equipo de animación un 10 ( y porque no puedo poner un 20 ). Las dos chicas que atienden en el bar piscina también maravillosas muy simpáticas y atentas con los huéspedes en todo momento. En resumen todo ha sido positivo en esta visita y sin duda volvería a repetir como así lo he hecho ya en varias ocasiones.

I have stayed in the Cordial many times with my family and it has never disappointed. We love the big apartment and spacious balcony. It is a lovely walk to the beach and marina of Mogan. The market on a Friday is just outside the main entrance. The only thing I would like to see worked on is the heat of the pool. The 3 main pools always seem freezing and so much so that we hardly used them on our last visit. We are back again in a few weeks and I'm hoping the issue has been resolved. If the pools are heated , I can definitely say its a 5star place to visit.

Firstly, the apartments are really nice and have been updated since our last stay a number of years ago. Balcony area is great and kids club and activities is excellent too. Unfortunately the pools are too cold. Even the kids pool which is supposedly heated. I see a comment by management about pools being heated to 21c. 26c is standard for an outdoor pool. There is only ever about 5 people in the pool at peak time and they're all shivering, with loads of people lying beside it who would happily get in if it was warmer. The quiet pool is the same. 2 people in that at any given time. Not sure if the owners are saving money by underheating the pool or what the logic is, but it's a shame. If cold pools don't bother you then it's a great resort.
