Depot Inn & Suites

Guests appreciate the well-maintained indoor pool and comfortable, clean rooms. They also commend the staff for their excellent, friendly service. Some mention the availability of EV chargers on-site.

Not great and vastly overpriced. The hotel provided only 3 towels for 2 adults and did not respond to the sign on the door requesting Housekeeping service (posted the night before but ignored while we were gone all day). This was particularly frustrating because the plumbing is inferior - while the water pressure was low, the shower drained so slowly it ran over. We used our Day 1 towels to mop it up before leaving for the day and had to dry off the next day with washcloths! A large party had booked much of the hotel and even though they had the conference room booked, the party chose to instead congregate in the halls and other public areas, and no hotel staff were around to talk to about it. Not only was the group noisy at all hours, but they gathered/seated themselves around the breakfast condiment table and lobby area instead of eating in the empty conference room, effectively blocking it from anyone else. Finally, this hotel practices price gouging - the closer they get to the stay date, they higher they raise the cost - in ridiculously large increments. Most hotels raise prices when getting close to capacity, but this place is pretty outrageous about it, especially since they require a minimum 2-day stay (even though they don't provide interim housekeeping).

Only spent one night ….it was great! Room was very nice and extremely clean. Staff was exceptional. Very cool place…..we were lucky to have to have tried it. If and when we make it back to the area we will certainly stay at the Depot Inn.
