Le personnel est extremement attentif et le séjour a été remarquable du début à la fin. Le restaurant était à la hauteur de nos attentes, avec des plats très fins, équilibrés, accompagnés de vins aussi surprenant que bien choisis.

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans cet établissement. La cuisine est divine. Nous avons eu un Menu SAINT VALENTIN tout au champagne, c'était magnifique.

On y va principalement pour la table et le chef! 2 étoiles! Une belle carte des vins à prix corrects pour un tel établissement ! La partie hotel est très propre mais n'a rien d'extraordinaire.

Très grande qualité du service et de l'accueil, raffinement et sobriété des lieux et de la chambre. Le restaurant est un très grand moment et les conseils du sommelier à suivre absolument ! Le second restaurant du chef, le bistrot "Beau Boucot" est également à ne pas manquer.

Tout était parfait : le personnel souriant et accueillant, la chambre, la vue, le petit-déjeuner, la démarche anti gaspillage, le dîner avec des produits locaux magnifiquement travaillés par le chef. A bientôt !
