It is speculated that the hotel is opened by a Chinese boss. The daily necessities in the room are very suitable for Chinese people. There is a hot water kettle and disposable slippers. Was given the wrong room upon check-in (had booked a Suite but given a Standard room). On the second night we were offered to move to the Suite, but also told that there was a party on the floor above, so we shouldn’t expect to get much sleep. We obviously passed and waited another day. When asking for compensation for the two nights in a Standard room (while paying for a suite) we were only offered a small discount on airport transportation - much less than the difference we had paid. On top of this the heating didn’t work in either of the two rooms. Generally poor service and the facilities weren’t great either.

Pésima atención, pésima comida, no hay ni desayuno, te venden buffet y no es nada de buffet, horrible todo. No lo recomiendo para nada.
