Es Hermosa , está ubicada en un bello barrio, Puedes ir al Prado al centro o al sur muy facil desde allí y con taxis a precios muy modicos. Es bien atendida ,linda distribución y decoración encantadora y te hacen sentir confortable siempre. .Totalmente recomendable!!

Welch friedlicher Ort in La Paz!
Man fühlt sich hier wie zu Hause, denn der Gastgeber Ernesto und die langjährige Angestellte Justina versuchen einem bei allen Bedürfnissen zu helfen. Ernesto nimmt sich viel Zeit um Ausflüge in und um La Paz zu besprechen und ebenso etwas über die Familiengeschichte rund um das Anwesen zu erzählen.
Der Garten lädt zum Verbleiben und Entspannen ein. Oder aber man spielt mit den Hund des Hauses Prieto oder bewundert den Blick auf den Schnee bedeckten Huyana Potosi. Nicht zuletzt war das Zimmer sauber, das Bett super bequem und die Regendusche mit Warmwasser zu jeder Zeit einfach nur wohltuend. Das Viertel Sopocachi mit vielen Restaurants ist 15 bis 20min zu Fuß entfernt, ca. 8 Minuten eine „Plaza“ mit diversen Essensmöglichkeiten (Typ Fastfood). Manchmal war es also abends ein wenig Überwindung nochmal außer Haus zu gehen - wobei die Lage sehr sicher ist. Alles in allem eine definitive Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in La Paz.

From the moment you walk from the hustle & bustle of the La Paz streets and into the peace of the front garden, you know you are staying someplace special. Originally built in 1916, this was the home of Dr xxx and Teresita. Their sons have turned the home into bed and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, the showers nice and hot. But for the full experience, take the time to explore the house! You feel like you are walking back in time! Family photos and art work are displayed throughout the property. The music room contains 2 vintage pianos and the halls are filled with family memorabilia. Ask Ernesto and he will show you photos of his grandfather & great-grandfather during one of the many Bolivian revolutions. We highly recommend Casa Teresita & will stay again if ever we come back to La Paz!

We stayed here three times on our trip to Bolivia and were made to feel so welcome by Ernesto the owner who accommodated our requests for the three separate stays. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable and there is a beautiful garden just outside. We also really enjoyed staying in this area of La Paz and it's a 45 minute walk to the centre if you like to walk as we do, but there are taxis, Ubers and a cable car station close by. Highly recommended and charming establishment.
