Good location on the Malecon with several nearby places to visit. Helpful & pleasant staff throughout the hotel & garage parking is included in the rate. Only 2 small criticisms: a) Upgrade the Lobby decor. The hotel is nicer than the impression given by the Lobby appearance; b) Caution the bartender in the rooftop bar about the music volume. This room offers a beautiful bay view, but loud, pounding music like a Sports Bar, caused us to leave after 1 drink. It is a loud hotel if there are late guests or children, which is like many Mexican hotels with concrete ceilings, walls, floors & NO noise-reducing attempts, but the hotel itself is pleasant, clean & well-staffed.
