Hotel HBlue

This Hotel advertises a pool that why I book this hotel / I have never seen a pools so small the create a false picture to make it look big it’s a JOKE a bad one - I would no recommend this ever ! The food was ok and the service was ok but what a fraud on the public !! I had to change hotels so I could swim somewhere and did they offer a apology or refund no / STAY FAR AWAY

The best hotel! Great location a little away from the tourist area. Great pool, fantastic happy hour, great food. The rooms were nice and pretty big. Slept great and loved the space! Felt super safe there by myself and enjoyed everyone I met there.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. Did a weekend trip down to swim with the whale sharks and stayed here previously a few years back. Not a whole lot has changed and that’s a good thing. Quick and easy check in, attentive staff with great customer service and a very nice rooftop pool and lounge area with bar. Complimentary breakfast is also on the rooftop inside the small restaurant. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something nice that’s close to the malecón with everything in a reasonable walking distance. Overall A+

We loved our stay at HBLUE in La Paz Mexico. The location is great being able to walk to the Malecon and to many great restaurants. The staff in the hotel are friendly and responsive. Our room was not overly large but it was adequate. The hotel was also very helpful when I left some clothes behind and had to arrange for a courier to pick them up. My only minor quibble was the size of the wine pours in the hotel. Could be more generous IMO. I highly recommend HBLUE. The free breakfast is a hot buffet that cannot be beat!

We stayed for 28 days in January and February, the experience was very good. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. Our room was very nice only downside was that there was no nice view from the windows. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay. Dining room staff were very pleasant and always helpful. Unfortunately I became ill suddenly and had to seek medical help, Rueben the manager went out of his way to contact a doctor and took me to the doctors office at 8.30 at night, he then waited and took me back to the hotel. Then the maintenance man Jose took me to the Pharmacy for prescribed medication. I could not have thanked them any more for their quick response to my issue. The hotel is a short walk from the Malecon and at least 40 restaurants. The roof top restaurants was nice and the food was good, the breakfasts were okay. Nice view of the city from the roof area, nice place to relax with a drink and good book. The biggest downside was the constant barking for the dogs in neighboring properties, they always started barking at night time, some nights worse than others. Once again thanks to all the staff that helped us during our stay.

We enjoyed 9 nights at Hotel HBlue. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The location is just a few blocks off the Malecon and we were able to walk to restaurants and tours. The complimentary breakfast was buffet style with a nice tasty variety of American and Mexican foods. One beautiful evening we had dinner on the rooftop terrace that was memorable and delicious!

We have spent 5 night at the HBlue Hotel. We had a great experience. The personnel was very efficient and cordial. The room was spacious and comfortable. Every day they have house cleaning which will make the bed and replace all towels and necessary. We had breakfast almost every morning on the roof top restuarant and it was good. The servers were always nice and on top of the service. We were lucky enough to meet the GM Ruben Samayoa. A person of undisputable experience for the Hospitality Businees. Focused on details and always with great mannerism. We look forward to go back and recommend this hotel to everyone.
