房間還算乾淨 被子枕頭都是乾淨的 酒店有泳池 還算大 環境也不錯 出門就是海邊，唯一不好就是他沒有電梯 住二樓需要提行李上樓梯 但是 如果有需要你可以讓他們幫助你，每天會提供 2瓶水，需要自己帶拖鞋牙刷牙膏。早餐不算多 但是有肉湯喝，咖啡比較淡 總體算不錯 謝謝你們的服務

La habitación tenía falla en la puerta, no nos dejo abrir nunca la puerta con las llaves que nos dieron. Nos tuvieron desde las 11:30 a casi las 2am afuera de nuestra habitación a esperar solución para abrir la puerta. Como no pudieron nos hicieron pasar la noche en otra habitación sin nuestras cosas, nos quedamos sin pijama, aseo personal como cepillo de dientes, pasta, sin cargador para celular, ya que todo se encontraba en la otra habitación, nos dijeron que al despertar íbamos a poder pasar a nuestro otro cuarto, pasamos una noche sin poder pegar el ojo por estar preocupados por nuestras cosas, al despertar por sorpresa AÚN no podía abrir la habitación, tuvimos que meter presión ya que necesitábamos entrar por nuestras cosas. Nos gusta mucho asistir aquí, tenemos membresía Diamente, pero no nos dieron ni el late check out, ni las cortesías en habitación y terminamos con la situación de la puerta.

Old hotel, pictures online deceiving!!! Rooms smell moldy, bathrooms do not have enough towels. On top of that lock on door had to be replaced

Las instalaciones están bien. Es solo que el servicio y atención del personal no es es del todo y de todos excelente. El servicio a la habitación es por WhatsApp y atendieron mi solicitud dos días después de solicitar toallas ya que éramos 4 personas y solo había 2. Para el servicio de toallas de alberca no había uno de los días que las solicitamos pero ya después de mandar mensaje para comentarles sobre la falta de atención me las consiguieron. Al siguiente día una de las señoritas del turno matutino de la recepción era poco amable e incluso recalcando que las toallas era para uso exclusivo del hotel, como si fuéramos a robarlas o que. En cuestión del restaurante una señorita del personal el primer día nos comentó que cuál era nuestra habitación para lo que nos dijo que nuestra reservación no incluía el desayuno y le comenté que si pero me seguía diciendo que no sin checarlo. Hasta que fue a corroborar y dijo a si ya me notificaron que si lo inlcuye. No fue grosera pero si la forma de decirnos no fue la correcta. Con esto solo quiero explicar mi percepcion igual sirve para mejorar el servicio y atención al cliente.

Único hotel en un destino de playa en el que no prestan toallas para playa, de no creerse. El señor que nos atendió en recepción argumentó que antes lo hacían, pero que desde que hay nueva administración impusieron esa nueva regla, que porque la arena descompone las lavadoras.
