The studio villa is located on the beach in the Villas de Cortez complex, which is situated next door to it’s sister property, the Palmas De Cortez Hotel. You can utilize any of the amenities of the Hotel including the nine hole golf course, spa, tennis courts, charter boat fishing, ATV rentals, kayaking or jet skiing, for a fee.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Brand new tiled walk in and glass enclosed shower.
This studio villa offers spectacular sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez.

Gorgeous views
This property is well described and accurately represented. What we couldn’t anticipate from the pictures is how incredibly gorgeous the view was from the deck. Scattered fishing boats moored, and hills in the distance, the sound of the waves, and beautiful colorful ground of various bougainvilleas. Several nights the full moon hit the water and i wish I could share the amazing pics! It was a great pleasure hanging out in the pool area with plenty of chase lounges in the early AM to bring in the day. Janice was very accommodating and very swift in her responses. My only complaint was that time went too fast!!

First time to Los Barilles
We enjoyed our time in the condo very much. We loved the bright fun beach decor. Everything worked and was exactly as stated. View from the balcony was gorgeous! We spent a lot of time there. Saw whales and dolphins with our binoculars. Pool area was wonderful and usually quiet. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable Condo
We had a great stay in Los Barriles. The condo was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the colorful decor - which included art from the area. The condo’s location is ideal with great views. Communication with the owner was excellent.
