I was concerned after reading some negative reviews prior to our arrival. I had visions of flies all over our food, bugs in the rooms and a below standard hotel. I can be very particular but I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean and tidy with very attentive staff. Rooms sufficient and clean. (No bug stories!) The restaurant was well managed with a huge variety of food. I queued only once the entire week for our last meal but it was for less than 10 minutes. The entertainment was non-intrusive but kept all ages of children and the adults who wanted to partake occupied and having fun. This is not a hotel you can walk out of into any local town area so if that’s the holiday you want, book elsewhere. However, we got the local bus to the nearby volcano which was great again for the whole family. TUI told me a few weeks prior to arrival that the hotel had changed one of our rooms which meant 2 teenagers had to share a sofa bed. TUI said they could not help as the hotel had ‘changed their contract’ with them. Simply not true. I emailed the hotel and within 24 hours they had sorted a free upgrade to a family suite. The hotel were far more approachable and supportive than TUI through the whole experience. La Palma is a very quiet island with some amazing scenery. I am glad we booked.

He ido 2 veces y super recomendado, quizás una crítica constructiva, mejorar las máquinas de auto-abastecimiento tanto de refrescos y cafés, situadas en el restaurante como bar piscina, muchas estaban rotas, y se formaban bastante cola al ir a buscar una bebida.

Amazing stay for our family. Our room was interlinked which wasn’t expected so a really nice surprise. Made life with two children 14yrs & 9yrs a lot easier having their own space. Really clean and tidy, entertainment every night. The only downside for us was its location as it’s very remote (we knew to expect this though, but I feel now we’ve done that, I’d like somewhere you can walk too in the evenings etc) would highly recommend this resort though if you wanted to go and relax. It’s literally stunning!!!

El hotel es una maravilla, es solo para adultos, la tranquilidad la tienes garantizada, el trato en el bar Coral es espectacular tanto por Viter y Marelis, y el restaurante Origen es muy acogedor, su comida es buena, y el personal es muy atento y profesional.

All of the bad reviews on here really made me panic about where I had booked…the hotel was amazing, staff were amazing in reception and food hall always friendly and welcoming. We went with our 11 month old baby and we asked for a travel cot which they already had in our room by the time we walked down they also included bedding for her which we wasn’t expecting. Evening entertainment was good. Hotel and pools were very clean. Yes there are flies but I didn’t think it was as bad as others were saying…your around banana plants what would you expect? I would definitely come back here
