If your coming here for a relaxing holiday don't both we were told by tui.that it was having rooms renovated on 6 floor but we wouldn't here anything so we carried on with our booking what a mistake that was .was sold as a five star hotel when we got here major building work the noise is horrendous trying to move hotels extra £600 to move into a lower star hotel even tried to get a flight home early it really is that bad kangoos dust burning sparks fallen by pool no health and safety here

Staying at the rui palace right this minute . Stay away is my view there's major building work going on cranes noise kangols chainsaws noise is horrendous and the view is right there in yuh face . Hotel is very very dated needs an overall makeover or condemned. It's not a 4 star by all means more like a 2 / 3 maybe . Rooms and lobby areas are like a retirement home the hairdryers are something out of the 1950's . It's run down in all areas my room as a massive stain in carpet as soon as u walk in and mould on curtains and balcony's have seen better days with cracks in them and mine dont even lock . Food is not 4 star by any means some areas of dining room are not to be desired if u look closely in the pics . On the upside the staff are nice and friendly and pool nice and the beach is amazing .drinks are OK. But please stay away if I was you .

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel au bord de l'océan. Le cadre est magnifique. Les chambres et couloirs auraient besoin d'un rafraichissement mais tout est très propre. Les extérieurs sont parfaits.il est facile de trouver un transat à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Le buffet est varié et délicieux.

Perfect stay. Even though building works we’re going on , this did not affect our stay at all. Staff were lovely and helpful , food was incredible!! And the beds was soooooo comfy , would defiantly come back.

Nel complesso l'hotel è buono anche per la posizione privilegiata tra le dune. Le camere sono datate ma efficienti con serramenti che dovrebbero essere sostituiti , le parti comuni più che buone così come le piscine. Dovrebbero vietare ai tedeschi ed agli inglesi di TUI di riservarsi le sdraio bordo piscine sin dalle 6 del mattino , pessimo comportamento.

El hotel tiene un aspecto antiguo lo que no quita que esté cuidado…está situado en un paraíso con unas vistas de ensueño. Por poner una pega en la comida hay poca variedad no es como otros hoteles de esta cadena

Die Hotelanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem ist die wunderschöne Bausubstanz erhalten geblieben. Täglich wird gereinigt und geschrubbt, bis auf ein paar Insekten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wer aber Teppiche nicht mag, sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Herrliche Lage, wo sofort am wunderschönen Strand mit dem Spazieren angefangen werden kann. Fantastische Poolanlage mit Palmen, die Schatten spenden und zum Träumen verführen. Das Essen ist typisch für Fuerteventura; Buffet mit grosser Auswahl, wo jede Frau und Mann auf seine Rechnung kommen kann; für meine Begriffe wird zu wenig mit Kräutern und zu viel mit Knoblauch gekocht. Es gibt immer etwas aus dem Meer, vom Schwein und Rind. Das Salatbuffet wie auch die Käseauswahl sind grandios; das Dessert mit den Eiscremes und kleinen Backkreationen zu verführerisch. Am Abend öffnet die Bar und es gibt auch immer wieder Live-Events; die Preise sind eher hoch; in Corralejo zum halben Preis vom Hotel und erst noch tolles Ambiente. Das tägliche Frühstücksbuffet lässt jedes Herz höher schlagen; es fehlt an nichts. Schade gibt es Crepes und keine Pancakes. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is a lovely hotel and staff are helpful and friendly , have been here before and location on dunes is beautiful however this year a week into our 2 week holiday the gym and sauna closed down, gym moved outside to by tennis court , you can’t exit the hotel via main entrance , one of the access gates to beach was shut , the bar area was halved in size with metal grids put up as major renovations started with diggers , and machinery and noise , we feel that we should have been notified of this before booking via hotel website ore tui as wouid have gone elsewhere . It’s such a shame as we like the place , if you are due a visit you may want to try and move the booking elsewhere
