Second time staying at this hotel, we love it and we booked a grand suite this time to have the wraparound balcony with sunbeds, to avoid the towels on sun beds early morning issue! Room was great, only downside was mini bar/fridge was only refilled every 2 days so we had to keep going down to the bar, even for soft drinks and water. This was annoying as we were all inclusive so they should have been provided. Reception just said to take it up with the hotel manager so no alternative offered. Staff are amazing, hotel is dated but scrupulously clean. We will go back!

Riu is often a good choice balancing cost and quality for holidays. The members of staff are very friendly. We arrived at hotel late about 22:00 and missed the dinner. However, the hotel prepared a nice light supper for our group of people. The location of the hotel is also good, there are bus services to Corralejo at its north and Puerto del Rosario at south. The room is large and clean with twin beds that are comfortable. No doubt, we will continue to use Tui services and choose Rui hotels.

Godt strandhotel!
Hotellet er i god klassisk stil med en fantastisk placering direkte ved en vidunderlig strand. Standarden er generelt god omend buffetrestauranten er for crowded især til morgenbuffeten. Nogle mindre erfarne medarbejdere viser manglende respekt for maden og fylder halvtomme fades indhold oven på nye fade. Dette er med til at fremme et cafeteriapræg og sænker niveauet. Erfarne medarbejdere i restauranten og i receptionen gav god service.

We love the hotel and location so consequently have re-booked for later in the year, but it is becoming rather run-down, with carpet on the stairs rather thread-bare in places, the lifts constantly broken down, and the bath overflow and drain worn and loose. The hair drier in our room broke down but I am pleased to say it was replaced promptly with a new one.

Another great Winter break at the Riu Palace Tres Islas in Fuerteventura. This is our go to first destination of the year and the benchmark for the rest of our breaks for the rest of the year. It never disappoints being in a great location for the fantastic beaches with Professional, friendly welcoming staff, great facilities, excellent food and drink we will continue making this our first break of the year.

Spent a week here to get some winter sunshine and had the best time. Hotel is beautiful, service is 5 star, food is of a really high standard with a great choice. Wines are quality and very reasonable. The sea view from our balcony absolutely blew me away, just stunning. Had half board, had lunch at the pool bar most days, very generous portions, great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
