As a special holiday, my family booked us into took us to the Bahiazul. Feeling safe and welcome is paramount at Bahiazul. The Middle Eastern architectural influences enhanced with blue and gold lead to a feeling of opulence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort and its facilities were immaculately maintained. We stayed in a premium villa, 5.5. On entering the staff had prepared a welcome with bottles of champagne, wine, chocolates and charcuteries. The villa was totally modern, spacious and fresh. The marble finished bathrooms were immaculately maintained with luxury toiletries. The main bathroom housing the poshest toilet I’ve ever seen. The villa also spotted a luxury hot tub up on the roof, where there is also a sumptuous cabana, seating area and barbecue. You can also use the washing machine, with laundry capsules provided. A free laundry service came with this villa, however I hadn’t left enough time to make use of this, you need 48 hours. On my birthday, the house staff surprised me with flowers, a card and a bottle of wine. A special thanks goes to Monica, who helped me practice my Spanish 🤣. We were there on a a half board basis, the breakfast and evening meal choices were always fresh with plenty of variety. Staff were good at advising on what wines were on special offer, we often drank Yaiza Blanco Seco, which we usually got for €22. The airport will charge you €34 for this wine. My daughter and I made use of the free spa for 2, it was fabulous, again a very pristine and well maintained sanctuary. Our thanks goes to all staff who made this holiday a real memory. T
