Excelente atención!! Hotel muy acogedor y el personal se esmera por satisfacer cualquier necesidad y capricho!! Muy bien ubicado. El beach club excelente! Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno divino y muy variado!! Excelente para plan familiar

Nos vamos muy complacidos por la atención recibida. Son un grupo de personas/hotel que exalta la importancia del turismo en el país. La amabilidad, la simpatía y la camaradería de la atención se siente como una cordial bienvenida. 🤗 y esta sensación la tuvimos tanto en la playa como en el hotel Ya estamos queriendo regresar !!

Pasamos 3 días en el hotel. Es hermoso, muchos detalles, espacios elegantes y diferentes. La atención de todo el personal hace que la estadía sea realmente especial. El paseo en bicicleta con vista a la playa. una actividad que no se pueden perder. Opciones variadas y deliciosas para las comidas incluso para mi que tengo varias intolerancias. Un oasis muy cerca de la playa que volvería a visitar sin duda alguna.

Здравствуйте!! Сама Венесуэла прекрасная страна с улыбчивыми и жизнерадостными ,добрыми людьми. В отеле прекрасное питание. В номерах очень влажно, нужно сразу включать на кондиционере режим осушения..От отеля для пляжа ездиет гольфкар. Очень неприятная ситуация произошла со мной именно в этом отеле.. В холодильнике (мини бар ) лежал мой инсулин, кто то из обслуживающего персонала сломал шприц ручку с инсулином(человеческое любопытство и тупость), тем самым лешив меня жизненно необходимого лекарства. После того как обратились на рессепшен они разводили руками, (мы попросили вызвать полицию), после этой фразы и разборок подошел их главный извинился за причиненные неудобства и пообещал компенсировать покупку лекарства. Сразу же вызвали такси (нашли в какой то аптеке , инсулин ), Сотрудник отеля дал водителю такси доллары, для покупки инсулина. Было приятно что они признали свою ошибку.)))))) Такого инсулина конечно же нет в Венесуэле, водитель приобрёл для меня, продленный инсулин другой фирмы, который к сожелению не подошел моему организму. Мы набирали номер страховой компании в России в ответ нам сказали это не страховой случай . В итоге я два дня ходила с показателями сахара 25-28. Инсулин который приобрели у них в фармации не работал вообще!!! А теперь занавес!!! При выезде сотрудники отеля с нас удержали эти деньги и предъявили чек с фармации(за инсулин)😆, когда мы начали возмущаться они вызвали охрану, пригрозив если не заплатим то нас не выпустят с отеля. Естественно того мужчины (мы так поняли это был хозяин)который давал деньги таксисту за мое лекарство и след простыл. Мужу моему сказали что они связались со страховой и те нам выплатят эту сумму. Вопрос куда и в какое страхое они звонили???? После приезда в Россию позвонили Михаилу с Пегаса (встречающая сторона в Венесуэле), он сказал что созвонился с отелем они нам ничего не выплатят, может быть это его сказка..??? Вопрос: Для чего они извинились и дали денег для покупки инсулина, затем удержали эту сумму при выезде?? Итог: Испорченный отдых, обошлись не по-человечески, хотя могли бы замять эту тему,естественно мое покалеченное здоровье. После приезда домой 15 дней лечения и капельницы..

La atencion del personal fue excelente y siempre dispuestos, tienen whatsupp para comunicacion permanente, limpieza 5 estrellas, desayunos excelentes, el servicio en playa excelente. El transporte a la playa es de super rapido y corto, tambien disponen de bicicletas
