Great staff -mainly the hard working Argentinians and columbians and a few Spaniards who work here. The food quality is fantastic for a four star hotel. The rooms are of good size particularly the junior suite. Reception may be slightly understaffed however they very polite and very caring. The prices for the drinks in the bar and the restaurant is very reasonable. There is a significantly large car park at the front A main attraction is also the fact that there’s a ski rental shop in the building and further the bus especially stops there when you are transferring from abroad using the bus system and further you could ski in and out of the hotel literally. Terceira vez neste hotel e não tem melhorado.
As almofadas são desconfortáveis e a partir das 4 da manhã muito barulho, provavelmente vindo da cozinha a preparar os pequenos almoços. No buffet havia muita repetição e colocação de itens não consumidos no dia anterior.
De resto tudo ótimo.

Es el segundo año que vamos y no será el último. Hotel a pie de pista con telesilla, lo que implica no tener que coger el coche para empezar a esquiar. Además dispone de un parque infantil bastante grande donde los niños se entretienen solos durante horas. Nos alojamos un grupos de amigos con hijos y todo fueron facilidades con el personal. Habitaciones muy espaciosas. Restaurante súper variado tanto desayuno como cena. Este año probamos el gym y el Spa y la verdad que hasta repetimos. Desde luego que es el hotel ideal para viajar con niños por la ubicación y el acceso a la estación de esquí, así como las zonas infantiles, Spa, guardaesquis, parking interior y la amabilidad del personal que siempre nos facilitaron lo que pedimos. También hay una parada de bus en la puerta del hotel, para poder bajar a Andorra la vella sin tener que coger el coche. Este hotel se ha convertido en nuestra casa de la nieve para los próximos años.

Tres bon hotel remis au gout du jour
The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.
