El hostal para nosotros fue céntrico, en medio de todo donde quisimos visitar, con la zona de ski justo al lado y las tiendas al lado también o en frente, ubicación muy buena. La habitación y el baño estaba muy bien, era amplio y la cama cómoda y doble. Nos faltó más calor en la habitación. El servicio fue bueno, sobre todo el de Sebastián, que nos atendió muy bien, nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos, educado y amable. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno, que tuvimos que fregar y recoger lo utilizado, nunca nos había pasado y tampoco fue de nuestro agrado.

Lo más importante ha sido la amabilidad y la atención de todo el equipo!! Muchas gracias! El hostel está situado en una zona privilegiada! Alrededor se pueden encontrar restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia, la parada del bus y lo más importante- la telecabina- justo detrás del hostel. Es un sitio donde pueden disfrutar de unas bonitas vacaciones, igual si van con niños o no. El interior ofrece un acogedor comedor y una sala de lectura/ juegos muy bien equipada. Disfrutamos de un pequeño desayuno y unas temperaturas agradables aunque fuera había -4. Todo muy bien organizado y bastante limpio. Hemos disfrutado de días con tranquilidad!

Great place.
Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again

weekend trail UTMB hôtel idéal
nous avions pris une chambre pour le trail UTMB, très bien placé pour le départ, la navette pour le départ s'arrête juste devant , chambre très agréable, spacieuse, propre, très bonne literie
