最爛酒店住過那麼多攜程十幾年老顧客第一次住那麼差勁的酒店。這個酒店要看準一個人房間還是兩個人。還有住酒店停酒店停車場也要26一天很坑不是免費停，停外面路邊安全的很便宜。路邊停車晚上七八點到早上九點免費算起來你起床出門用車停路邊也是那幾個小時便宜的，酒店自己停車場住客按一天算26。停車場還特別小小小。然後暖氣晚上供暖白天沒有暖氣睡着睡着早上十點冷醒白天不供暖。陽台門還透風進來呼呼。前台有一個女的服務很差歧視中國人。千萬不要住這裏避雷，這個酒店沒有開水壺我們自己超市買了一箇中國人去哪都想喝口熱水這個提醒一下大家。

Muy bonita me gustó mucho, el desayuno y la cena genial, lástima que este año no puedo volver 😔 estaba completos. Y lo hachamos de menos con las vistas preciosas que tiene, la limpieza bastante bien y en un buen sitio está el hotel 😍 volveremos sin duda

La gente que trabaja en el hotel un encanto los de recepción como en sala muy atentos. Nos toco un día de lluvia y nos dieron información y planes para hacer con los niños. Repetiremos seguro. La habitaciones muy limpias, el hotel está muy bien situado. Nosotros fuimos con coche eléctrico y tienen cargador super punto a favor ya que en Andorra no los hay. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por atendernos tan bien.

Estuvimos unos días con la familia y todo el personal fue un encanto. Todos los detalles muy cuidados para los niños y mayores. Muy buena calidad en la cocina y el servicio impecable. La habitación era muy amplia, las camas super cómodas y todo muy limpio. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Estupenda estancia en un hotel que aporta mucha comodidad al esquí accediendo a las pistas desde el hotel. Ideal para familias. Limpio, tranquilo, buen buffet, camas y ducha. Pero sin lugar a dudas, lo más destacable del hotel es lo profesional de su personal, lo amables y diligentes en todo momento. Todo organizado y limpio, una gestión del hotel admirable. Especial mención a Yohanna en comedor que fue maravillosa con nuestra peque, super cordial y cercana. También a Paula en recepción, encantadora y solucionadora en todo momento. Me llevo un recuerdo inolvidable de mi cumple durante la cena. Gracias a todos y todas. Volveremos!!

La comida del bufete está riquísima y es muy variada. Y tanto la encargada, Johanna, como el resto de los y las camareros/as, son muy amables y profesionales. La atención al público de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, en general, es muy correcta y son muy agradables y serviciales. Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas, al igual que las almohadas. La única cosa mejorable es el mantenimiento de los TV, que son viejos y la calidad de la imagen no es muy buena y tampoco tienen conexión a Internet o canales digitales.
