最爛酒店住過那麼多攜程十幾年老顧客第一次住那麼差勁的酒店。這個酒店要看準一個人房間還是兩個人。還有住酒店停酒店停車場也要26一天很坑不是免費停，停外面路邊安全的很便宜。路邊停車晚上七八點到早上九點免費算起來你起床出門用車停路邊也是那幾個小時便宜的，酒店自己停車場住客按一天算26。停車場還特別小小小。然後暖氣晚上供暖白天沒有暖氣睡着睡着早上十點冷醒白天不供暖。陽台門還透風進來呼呼。前台有一個女的服務很差歧視中國人。千萬不要住這裏避雷，這個酒店沒有開水壺我們自己超市買了一箇中國人去哪都想喝口熱水這個提醒一下大家。

We had a great ski holiday at Hotel Magic Ski, La Massana. The thing that really makes this hotel is the staff - always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay extra special. The rooms are comfortable, clean and warm and having a spa in the basement is great after a busy day on the slopes. The restaurant served plentiful, tasty food and we loved the plancha where the chef was always ready to cook fresh fish and meat. The warm ski locker and direct access to the gondola was super convenient and greatly appreciated.

A clean, friendly, well run hotel in a superb location right next to the Gondola station and ski hire shops. The rooms are comfortable and warm and cleaned and replenished daily. The food is plentiful and good quality at this price point. Vegetarian meals are individually prepared. We'll stay here again for sure!

Serviço excelente, especialmente no bar e no restaurante. Localização perfeita para esquiar. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso. Armários para guardar os esquis, com fácil acesso à telecabina La Massana. Muitos restaurantes nas proximidades.

Muy bonita me gustó mucho, el desayuno y la cena genial, lástima que este año no puedo volver estaba completos. Y lo hachamos de menos con las vistas preciosas que tiene, la limpieza bastante bien y en un buen sitio está el hotel volveremos sin duda
