Very pleasant stay. Only downside: underground parking costs €22/day, but is accessible by elevator (impossible to find a space nearby).
Impeccable, spacious room, good bedding, large bathroom, but lacked a coat rack and a countertop. Hallway carpet a little worn for a 4-star hotel.
Extremely generous breakfast buffet, attentive staff.

Estuvimos alojados en el hotel del 21 al 27 de julio, media pension. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Habitacion limpia. Comida buena. Resaltar el buen servicio y atencion por parte del personal de comedor, sobretodo de Carlos, y la chica que nos recibia en la entrada del buffet. Tambien nos llevamos buen recuerdo de Matias, el chico que gestiona el bar del hotel por su buen servicio , cercania y amabilidad. Cuando volvamos a Andorra no dudaremos en reservar en este hotel. La unica pega que pondria es el parking que es un poco complicado entrar y salir, y a la salida para incorporarte a la calle no hay apenas visibilidad ya que estan los contenedores de basuras justo al lado izquierdo. Gracias.

Visit the English pub in the hotel to be served by Mathias who is a bit of legend. Cozy booths, pub games and plenty of Guinness, as well as the happy hour made our time there (we spent every night at the bar for a whole week) unforgettable. Although the occasional black out occurred. So I guess we forgot parts of it. Ask for some baby Guinness and your night will be complete.

Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, super close to the gondola and in the centre of the village, with an amazing bar made even better by Matias - the best bartender in Andorra! 🇦🇩 ¡Gracias a Matias, profesor de Español y creador de mojitos perfectos!

Es de destacar la capacidad de servicio y entrega a su trabajo de todo el personal ! Muy destacable la prontitud, eficiencia,PACIENCIA , gran manejo de su labor, de PaulaFernandez y Stefi Cañumil, hacen de este lugar un sitio al que uno quiera volver! Igual para las personas del restaurante, Carlos ,Melany y todos, su eñcompromiso con su labor WAO !!! Que maravilla! Son unas fichas que se mueven perfecto! Fui al hotel porq mi esposo participó en la carrera de MTB Andorra MTB… grata sorpresa me llevó con la atención y diligencia de todo el personal! Pienso en que es MUY importanye mejorar el espacio del gimnasio… escogí este hotel por el gimnasio , pero la verdad… me lleve una gran y negativa sorpresa… es fatal…. La habitación es minúscula, aproximadamente de 3x3 , y en temporada de calor… es IMPOSIBLE mover en este sauna un músculo… no fue para nada agradable… es un mini diminuto espacio en el última piso donde el calor es agobiante.

Let’s start with the positives. It seems to be a well positioned spot especially as it’s a stones throw from the gondolas , so great for mountain bikers and skiers. The staff are incredible , helpful and sweet from reception to the restaurant . The breakfast and dinner buffets were good and had a great variety . But the rooms …. Two star at best . They are desperately in need of a refurb . Old; badly organised; poor storage; no coffee or tea; thin poor quality towels ; poor lighting . The sound proofing was also not adequate given you are above a main road . It does have a small pool and jacuzzi plus a tiny gym but it’s so hot there that it is unpleasant. It’s probably fine in winter .
