The location is a bit bad because it is on the curvy road. It has the hotel in one place and a spa and bar in another building... to go to the spa you have to walk wet down the street...

Un resort espectacular, con amplias habitaciones, con todas las comodidades y tranquilidad. Piscina exterior e interior con spa muy completo. Gimnasio súper equipado y clases de pilates incluidas. Gente muy atenta y servicial y un trato fantástico, gracias Mariana por ser tan amable y resolutiva. Recomiendo 100%.

Para mí es un hotel un poco peculiar es la primera vez que estando en Andorra voy a un hotel de montaña y no me acaba de convencer,es un complejo de apartamentos,el hotel , el spa y gimnasio estos dos últimos no son exclusivos del hotel también van socios y además hay que darse una buena excursión para llegar subiendo y bajando ascensores y en mi caso haciendo un tramo por la calle,tema limpieza muy justito incluso algún día tuvimos que solicitar por favor que la hicieran,tema desayuno bastante completo pero les cuesta reponer en el tema cena pues todos los días que estuvimos era lo mismo no variaron ningun plato,las bebidas hay que pagarlas hoy en día casi todos los hoteles te incluyen el agua,en el tema de los trabajadores ninguna queja la atención fue muy correcta en todos los departamentos,al ser un hotel de montaña pues una vez termina de cenar poco hay que hacer en el hotel no hay ninguna actividad, resumiendo diría que es un hotel un poco caro para lo que te ofrecen,la próxima vez que vaya a Andorra volveré a alojarme en el centro sin ninguna duda.

Une belle découverte
Très bon séjour même pour une nuit entre 2 clients. L’hôtel est confortable la vie est magnifique. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Petit déjeuner top.
Seuls bémols à l’arrivée il est parfois compliqué de s’y retrouver du fait de la taille du complexe et des différentes offres hôtelières proposées.
Ensuite attention pour la piscine il faut un bonnet… sinon c’est 4,5€ pour en acheter un

Lovely room - mixed in other respects
First trip to Andorra - big old complex with cavery style dining - bit of a battle come dinner/breakfast and the bar was nice but barman knew no English or much about wine/cocktails. Suite rooms were great - spacious and well equipped, though did find a deceased bed bug. Parking a bit of a hassle but under cover at least. Decor was dark walls and dazzling LED ***** lighting - aquired taste. Staff were friendly.
