Catastrophique, HÔTEL À FUIR.
Arrivée dans l’hôtel dans le noir aucun service de bagagerie
La vue de la chambre est magnifique par contre pas d’équipement (serviettes sales pas de chaussons pas de peignoir, couette fournie sans housse, pas de pommeau de douche et la chasse d eau cassée preuve à l’appui )
Hygiène à revoir !!!!
Pas de petit déjeuner ah si pardon il y a avait une barre de gâteau marbré et un jus d’orange.
Le soir la chambre se transforme en boîte de nuit les vitres tremblaient tellement le son était fort (l’hôtel est équipée d’un cabaret en dessous).
Vous pourrez dormir à partir de 4h du matin.
Quand on s’est plein du bruit de la boîte de nuit la seule solution proposée par la réception était de nous sous classer sans dédommagement. Donc pour eux c’est complètement normal de payer une suite vue mer et de se retrouver avec une chambre vue sur la route pour le même prix.
Ah oui et les chambres puent le tabac.

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said "Someone will bring it to your room", but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

Negativissima, non capisco veramente chi da voti alti a questa porcheria di resort a casa loro a quale livello di igiene sono abituati. Solo la posizione è accettabile, tutto il resto da terzo mondo

La vue sur mer...et rien d'autre!
Méfiance!
Les photos sont belles...et pour cause la vue est belle. Mais le charme s'arrête là.
-J'ai croisé une blatte dans les toilettes
-Un mégot devant ma porte
-Le ménage n'a été qu'une seule fois sur les 4 jours sur place.
-Un pseudo room service m'a réveillé à 23h30 (plusieurs soirs d'affilée!!!!) pour m'apporter de l'eau?? Surveillance des clients? Franchement gênant!
-Les voisins organisent une soirée avec musique forte dans la chambre d'à coté? C'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, ils ne peuvent rien y faire. (il y aussi une boite de nuit dans le proche voisinage, on entend un léger boumboum que les voisins ont couvert)
Bref, je ne conseille pas

Struttura pessima, da vomito, sporca, differente dalle foto che i vari siti pubblicano per "accalappiare" i clienti. Anche Booking dovrebbe verificare e non prestarsi a queste vere e proprie truffe. La cosa che conoscono bene sono i soldi, il giorno del check out hanno tentato di farmi pagare di nuovo quanto avevo pagato al check in (in più di quanto indicato sul sito di Booking) dicendomi che la transazione non era ancora avvenuta, ho dovuto minacciare di chiamare la polizia per andarmene. Personale arrogante, incompetente, scorbutico e sporchi. Bisognava contestare sempre i conti delle consumazioni nei vari esercizi presenti nella struttura che risultavano sempre artatamente maggiorati. Non c'era il bidet, ne accappatoio, le finiture delle stanze e dei bagni pessimi (da terzo mondo, altro che 4 stelle). La colazione "continentale" erano solo Yogurt, omelette e piccoli vasetti di vetro con dentro marmellata, burro e cioccolato a volte "assaggiati" e rimessi di nuovo a disposizione dei clienti (roba da vomito). Non portasapone, non portasciugamani, silicone ammuffito dappertutto, fili scoperti, a volte mancava l'acqua, la debole wifi non funzionava dappertutto, il telecomando non funzionava. Insomma un locale da incubo

4 days are the worst bad days on my life .you can't even sleep the noise of the disco every where on the hotel till 3 am I change the room 3 times but nothing change only hopes and lies the staff expt wael are really bad 👎 nothing work in it food is bad .also water is yellow the sea full of rocks. Before you even book it think twis because it's really horrible you will lose your money
