The staff is superb and maintain the environment properly. Just the room furniture is so so but justify the price.

Excellent hotel cannot fault it for the price we paid. Lovely food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of salad, fruit, nuts etc. The walnut cake was excellent. When the food was slightly cooler than I liked I put it in the microwave. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely walks to the beach ( 1. 5km) and Benidorm (6km).

Great Hotel in good location- The all inclusive is excellent- top brand alcoholic drinks (including pink gin!) - only tried one of the cocktails (bit too sweet for me). Bar staff were very friendly and you don’t have to queue for long. We went as a couple but were checking the facilities for our daughter to come next year with her Husband and our two Granddaughters - this is an excellent hotel for families - snack bar always had hot dogs, hamburgers (quarter pounders), chicken nuggets, pizza, chips, toasted sandwiches, cake, fruit etc. Ice cream available all day from the pool bar. We have never been on an all inclusive that includes sweets, popcorn, crisps, nuts and bottles of water. The water park looked like brilliant fun - the pool was great - lots of activities but we did not get involved - just there for a relaxing break ! Themed dinners including bbq, Italian and Mexican - these are bookable on a daily system - we only went for the Mexican and the food was excellent. Food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and always something to eat - so much choice - only thing is that the food is not piping hot although we found this in every restaurant that we went to. Only stayed for the entertainment on one evening- again, not our thing but everyone seemed to be having a great time. Bus stops outside the hotel for buses to Benidorm and Altea. The walk to the beach (the beach is VERY pebbly so take sea shoes) is about 20 minutes - lots of local bars and restaurants. You can walk along the sea front (which is very flat) all the way to Altea (a nice slow stroll of about 30/40 mins. We did get a bus into Altea (one euro sixty each - although every other time we walked). Old Altea town is a great place to visit - we sat in a restaurant in the square by the church with a bottle of wine and watched the world go by!. Cleaning was brilliant- our towels were changed most days and bedding every 2/3 days - To summarise this hotel is great value for money and I would highly recommend. The staff are all very hardworking and make you very welcome.

Hotel name stated Hotel Abir Garden Resort - when we arrived their Hotel sign said Hotel Albir Garden Resort Bike and Sports - when we checked in we were surrounded by cycling short clad men and women - must of been over 1 100 guests alogn with their cycles - then we we greeted by the international football clubs under 19 from accross the world - however despite the unexpected - we found the hotel clean and tidy - the food was fine - the waiters respectfull and polite - overall we enjoyed the holiday but didnt expect the bikers and footballers

We cheked in late at 22:30. Friendly staff, but did not get much information at check in about facilities and time of breakfast, dinner, training room etc. We were assigned to a 2 room apartment. Freezing cold, with non-working AC. Poorly cleaned with dirty floors and lots of dead insects, looked like mosquitos. We were tired from traveling and waited to complain till next day, big mistake! Had a VERY cold and not pleasant night, our 15 year old kid was not happy... Some nice service boys fixed the AC next day after our complaint, had to change all the pipes to the AC and refill with gas... Not quite what we expected from a Resort, made a very bad and unpleasent first impression. The food is OK, but a bit noisy restaurant. Boring dessert. The water park is closed in winter and the pools are cold. I guess this hotel is best in summertime. All the staff was friendly.
