Pros: Lots of activities for kids. Several entertainment shows at night. Variety of restaurants. Two swimming pools with lots of slides. Pool activities, such as a foam party. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Large variety at buffet restaurant. Lifeguards were many, and always seen. I'm a fussy eater, and never went hungry - some nights better than others, standard buffet. Cons: Nothing in surrounding area, taxi to main town was only option. Security doesn't patrol at evenings, allowing loud anti social behaviour after midnight. We were bored after 5 nights, due to feeling trapped in resort with nowhere to wander or explore. Ice in drinks caused sickness, although this is widely known throughout Spain. Reports of cleaning staff stealing, we used a safe however and had no issues. Water is freezing cold in large slides pool, body of water is too large for sun to heat. Evening shows have long periods in between, can feel like a long boring wait. Accommodation doesn't lock from inside, young kids will and have gone wandering throughout night! Be early for shows and pool opening, seats and loungers are snapped up quickly! In summary, if you're a poolside family and happy to do that all week, you'll love it. If you're used to doing a little more with your holiday, the location isn't good for you. A free bus to main town seems a simple solution the hotel could provide.
