9juillet 2025 chambre 233 qui est dans le haut completement avec 2 escaliers piteux sans service pour des personnes de 70 ans pour monter notre valise et la chambre petite avec un bain dans le coin ou la tete de douche etait defectueuse et un petit espace de 4'x2' pour la toilette et un petit lavabo avec une petite tablette chambranlante de 4 '' au dessus de la toilette ,et le malheur de tout ca AUCUNE DOUCHE . on a du passer notre tour !!!!! et pour la climatisation qui etait dans la fenetre et le vent directement sur notre tete a a environ 4-5 pieds.LES PHOTOS semblaient agreable mais le sejour DEPLORABLE. a notre depart , il n'y avait pas que nous de mécontent .J'ai 74 ans et j'ai voyagé et je crois que c'est la premiere fois que je subie tout ca ..MERCI

Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois à cette endroit au moins 10 fois. La qualité des services a changé non pour le mieux Les chambres on sait à quoi s attendre pas de gros luxe mais c’est correct Pour le restaurant oufff là ça à changer si vous regardez sur leur site ça a l air vraiment bon mais en vrai nous avions pris la fondue pour 2 a70$ à part l entrée une soupe poulet et nouilles La fondue 2 petits plats un de bœuf et un de poulet une patate et une petite salade si vous vouliez autres choses il faut payer une deuxième patate 3.50$pas de dessert rien sur leur site on voit des légumes en abondance la vérité 2 petite carotte vraiment trop cuite En vrai nous avons payé 320 dollars pour ça ça ne les valait pas désolé Depuis la pandémie toute coûte plus cher on n’as plus de services Finis pour nous dommage

L’Hôtel est propre et bien situé. Les chambres sont pittoresques et bien équipées.Les repas sont excellent . Piscine extérieur et deux spa . Le personnel est gentil et respectueux. le directeur Yvon est disponible et très sympathique.

The room was ok, nothing special, the bathroom was dirty and had insects in it, the room smelled musty. We were told it was because it had been closed for 6 months. Then we ate the potence and fondue meal, it was good. Several people got sick after the stay, possibly because of the water, it ended a stay badly

The hotel is rustic but clean. The food is excellent. Especially the "gallows" menu that was included with our package. The service and staff were outstanding. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
