This hotel is located on a hillside. The front is not very big, but the rooms are quite big. The ceiling height of the rooms is higher than that of ordinary hotel rooms. The layout is good and it feels good. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is quite noisy.

Une nuit est largement suffisante dans cet hôtel. Impossible de dormir par les bruits de climatisation avec un gros bloc au dessus des chambres. Des boules quies sont fournis, très annonciateur de la nuit ! Mais quand vous le signalez à la réception on vous indique que c'est normal qu'ils dorment eux même dans l'hôtel et que ça ne gêne personne, ça ne semble pourtant l'avis de beaucoup de voyageurs. Et le comble on vous débite votre carte sans vous indiquer à quoi cela correspond. Vérifiez surtout l'état de vos débits carte avant de quitter l'hôtel, nous avons bataillé une heure avant de partir pour récupérer les fonds indus. Tout comme d'autres clients avant nous ! Et attention les serveurs vous imposent le montant du pourboire. Dommage car cet hôtel a un bon potentiel.

Service déficient, politique de rafraîchissement des chambres inadéquate. Le personnel de la réception de langue maternelle l’Espagnol ne connaît pas le vocabulaire français de l’hôtellerie. Un cintre, synonyme support à vêtement, s’est transformé en peignoir. le mot café étant presque universel, ma demande fut comprise, mais la réponse pour le nombre de capsules fut « uno », no quatro . Si je sais compter jusqu’à dix en espagnol, je m’attends à la réciprocité en français de la part de la femme de chambre. Un tube de gel douche de 50 ml pour 2 personnes pour 3 nuits, qu’en penser ??? Dans cet hôtel le client part avec un handicap, car il est clair que c’est lui qui est en tort quoique qu’il dise, demande ou fasse.

En arrivant dans la chambre 1101 notre climatiseur faisait un bruit d'enfer. Mon mari l'a bougé un peu et ça l'a aidé. Plus tard en soirée quand on est revenu elle était encore pire. On a appelé la réception pour changer de chambre ils nous ont répondu qu'il y en avait plus de disponible. Ils ont dit qu'il nous envoyait quelqu'un. Au bout de 30 minutes on a rappelé de laisser faire on voulait se coucher. On l'a éteint et rallume à 5h du matin et encore un bruit d'enfer. Ils nous ont donné 50$ de rabais sur notre chambre de 300$. Très déçu pour une chambre de ce prix.

Ordinaire ,J'ai du changer de chambre car le bruit de l'airclimatisé étais insuportable!! de plus le renvoie du bain était bouché, Le préposé voulait me charger $35 pour changer de chambre ,,,,Imagine !!! Pour une chambre supérieure vue fleuve …..oufffff…..pas de sofa, un balcon sale , moustiquaire de la porte patio qui ferme pas bien, 2 cups de café……pas de savon à main …..air climatisé très bruyant……déçue pour le prix payé. 2 jours avant nous avions regardé si disponibilité et le prix ….la veille le prix avait changé!!!!!! Service pour le souper très ordinaire …beaucoup de monde ….attente très longue entre les services . Serveuse pas très patiente…… Nourriture bonne et petit déjeuner très bon service par une jeune fille polie…
