We booked this hotel, due to a conversation on the phone with Harold. He was super friendly, and offered many deals. We stayed here for a vacation in Louisville, and this was the perfect location !! The room was clean, the breakfast food was always hot and plentiful (the staff brought in donuts that were out of this world), the pool was a great nightly relaxation technique for the kids, and Harold was the most pleasant person to talk to. Even though we booked the hotel online, he specifically put us in a room above the front desk, so if the kids got roudy, they wouldn't bother anyone below :) This is the perfect location to stay if you are planning a trip to Louisville, or anywhere around. It's a short drive, the hotel is clean, and welcoming, and overall, one of the nicest stays we have had in a long time.

We came into La Grange Ky and stopped at the Kroger store to call for a hotel room. I asked if the jacuzzi king room was available and it was. Aisha the beautiful young lady at the front desk was so kind and attentive. When we went into the room it was clean and spacious. Oh, the bed was so comfortable it was the best sleep I had in a long time. Breakfast was great! It’s a family owned business which I feel makes it more cozy. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area.

I stayed a couple nights at this location for a quick weekend getaway. It is a relatively new property right off I-71 and very close to gas stations and restaurants. Overall, a very good stay! Room was quiet and clean and everything worked just fine. If I were to give a demerits on something it would be the shower. Wow. Talk about a full blown pressure washer! It was as if I was taking a shower in a car wash! Obviously I'd like to have some water pressure, but this was insane! The hotel GM says all rooms are like that and apparently most people like it. I find that a little hard to believe. But, the staff was great, breakfast had a decent selection, tasted great and location is good too. As of now, there is no swimming pool and it doesn't appear it will be open anytime soon. Keep that in mind if a pool is important when finding a hotel. If I ever find myself in La Grange again, I'll definitely consider booking at this Best Western again!
