Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to an unexpected flight cancellation—something entirely out of our control—we were unable to arrive to our destination at all. I reached out to the hotel about the situation and requested some flexibility like a partial refund. To my surprise, management was completely unwilling to accommodate us in any way. We were just met with a rigid policy about their penalty for the entire stay’s amount with little to no empathy. Typically a penalty is just the first night’s rate and taxes. Travel can be unpredictable, and I would expect a hospitality business to understand that. Sadly, the lack of understanding and poor customer service we received has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be booking with this hotel again, and I would advise other travelers to consider more flexible and customer-friendly options.

The second shifr guy wasn't very friendly, short on towels, the remote for the tv didnt work very good. All in all i just wasnt very impressed.

Very friendly staff and clean. Unfortunately our first room had a very noisy air conditioner unit. Management moved us to another room and that AC unit had issues too, but it was not as noisy.
