Rapport qualité prix trop cher
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la chambre et la salle de bain que nous avions n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.
Malgré l’accès au SPA, le prix de la chambre n’est pas justifié
Pas que du négatif, propreté très bien ainsi que le personnel

Séjour d'hiver très apprécié. Gentillesse et accueil attentionné toujours au rendez vous. Le réveillon de Noël restera dans nos mémoire. Dîner 6 plats remarquable; équilibre des saveurs, justesse des accords, créativité et service impeccable. Merci au Chef Olivier Bonneville et à sa brigade. Une pause salvatrice dans un cadre exceptionnel. Merci à tous.

Séjour très agréable. Les services balnéo accessibles même après avoir rendu la chambre. Le personnel très avenant et très courtoi. De plus le soleil était au rendez-vous

Sejour correct dommage une matinée perdue pour changement de chambre petite bouteille d'eau Evian 3 euros !! et jus de fruit 4 Euros cherchez la différence wifi zéro pas de connexion ou très faible

Un séjour parfait à 100%
Séjour en famille (composée de 2 adultes et 2 enfants 19 et 14 ans) vraiment réussi. Tout était très bien, de l'accueil (un gros coup de coeur à Adriana qui est formidable ;-) à la suite. La piscine extérieure était chauffée et les installations intérieures (SPA) fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très agréable, un très bon pain, des produits frais et de qualité. Inutile de recommander cet établissement, il est toujours réservé à 100% !! Merci donc à tous pour ces 2 jours très agréables.

Tout se passait bien jusqu'a ce que je mange de la pate a tartiné périmée, avec du moisie dans le pot, pour le petit déjeuner. Aucun geste, rien, juste le retrait des produit et quils alleint en parler a leur fournisseur...
