Windows cannot be tilted. You couldn't open it at night as it 'floated' over the bed. But the bedroom is too small for this.

The photo with the wide glass front to the balcony shows an apartment on the north side. We were on the south side (oval windows). There is a high step to the balcony, whereby you also have to climb over the door frame. The windows cannot be tilted. Other

Vmc not functional so no suction in bathroom and living room kitchen. The humidity remains and creates a heavy and bad air in the bathroom. Traces of mold. No air circulation in the room -need to install a ceiling fan. Bathroom shower curtain in poor cond
