It's a convenient location for boarding a ship to Europe, and I was satisfied with the continental style of breakfast, where I was able to drink fresh orange juice myself.

Très satisfaite de cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux Le repas du soir au restaurant un vrai délice. La chambre trop bien Personnel et l'accueil très arrangeant et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y arrêter sans problème. On y reviendra.

We stayed here for one night prior to catching the ferry home - great location and close to the port of Cherbourg The room was excellent, very comfortable and clean with everything you would need including tea and coffee making facilities The staff were very friendly and the welcome was excellent.The on site restaurant was excellent, the food was really good although the choice could have been better I would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant

Généralement, en prenant une chambre dans cette chaine, on est sur de trouver une chambre propre, une literie grande et confortable, et une télé de qualité. Ici le contrat est rempli, mais il reste tout de même trop de lacunes : salle d'eau mininuscule et peu pratique, chambre trop petite pour deux personnes avec leurs bagages pour trois nuits, mauvais positionnement de la clim (allergiques aux poussières s'abtenir), et lumières parasites, nuisant à la qualité du sommeil. On aurait eu la même à coté, à l'ibis budget, on aurait trouvé cela normal, mais ici, c'est trop !

Correct dans l 'ensemble chambre spacieuse grand lit confortable bons espaces de rangement properté chambre et salle de bain impeccable un plus pour la receptionniste Sydney à notre départ , proche de Cherbourg tarifs un peu élevés par rapport à Ibis Budget pour peu de prestations supplémentaires mais week end agréable globalement

Quel contraste ! La partie hôtellerie est top. Les chambres sont pratiques, bien équipées et confortables. Rien à redire non plus sur la propreté. Par contre le restaurant est catastrophique. Les plats ne volent pas haut, la salle ressemble à une cantine et le personnel n'est pas du tout aimable (on a l'impression de les déranger). En plus les prix sont chers Donc si vous n'avez pas besoin de dîner, allez y, sinon fuyez.

21st century modern/retro design. Many chairs and tables in public areas have splayed legs which can be and were, a trip hazard. Stark, very basic, pared down room, very small shower room, no room at all to store wash or make up bags. Hanging rail immediately above kettle. Not enough shelving. Liquid soap dispenser in shower dangerously high. Towels very thin, no hand towels. OK for an overnight stay but no longer. Staff however were wonderful, went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Breakfast provision adequate but chaotic at busy times - layout could be improved. Evening dinner excellent and good value.

La chambre familiale est très bien. Le petit déjeuner était bien fourni mais le reachalandage laissait à désirer. Il a fallu réclamer à chaque fois qu'un item était manquant, les assiettes, verres, tasses et cuillères n'étaient pas en quantité suffisante et il fallait attendre qu'elles soient lavées. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était particulièrement peu dynamique. A part ça très bien.
