I recommend for only one night, it isn't a 3 star hotel but similar to a 2 star. Suggestion: the door needs fixing.🙂

A very good stay experience. The hotel is at the foot of Baou Mountain and the air is fresh. There is a large supermarket a few hundred meters down from the hotel with a full range of items. There is also a bus station called La Gaude IBM. You can go up to the town of Saint Jeannet, where you can climb the mountain. It is a little over 800 meters away. There are no paved roads on the road, which are all gravel roads. When you go down to the nice center, you can visit CAP 3000. There is a big shopping mall, and you can also drive to the old town and see the sea ^_^

Staff at front desk very welcoming and helpful. Kind people.
However the hotel is clearly worn out and unfortunately the cleaning with strict minimum. Bed sheets with body hair and head hair all over the place, long head hair left into the bathtub and sink… hair dryer broken (might even be a fire hazard). The ceiling of the bathroom was rotten. When an hotel is that old, the owners should emphasize on amenities and cleanliness, instead of just sucking up every single profits out of it.

Impitoyable au niveau d’hygiène, une auteur d’humidité qui est dominante dans toutes les pièces, chaque matériel qui nécessite d’être soit rénové soit complètement remplacé, un bruit d’aération qui continue sans cesse, une ruelle entouré des déchetterie….

Le meilleur hôtel à tout point de vue et des hôtels j'en fais des dizaines dans une année !
Un grand merci à tout le staff, de l'accueil jusqu'au petit déj et femme de chambre etc.
