Schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den Vulkan. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider hat uns das Personal nicht sehr überzeugt. Wir hatten den Eindruck als würden die meisten Angestellten Englisch nicht wirklich verstehen, zudem waren die Mitarbeiter nicht so bemüht wie sonst in Costa Rica! Schade! Dennoch fanden wir das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut! Das Hotel ist für Leute die viel Unternehmen möchten und nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen ideal!!

El hotel tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del volcan tanto desde la habitación como de la piscina. La zona de piscina y jacuzzi está muy bien (el jacuzzi está climatizado). La habitación es un poco antigua pero comoda, tiene dos camas de 150 y almohadas muy cómodas, además con vistas. Eche de menos un bar para tomarse algo solo tiene un restaurante italiano y una pequeña barra con 4 sillas. El restaurante eso sí muy bueno, la pizza al horno súper buena. El personal muy agradable.

The room was amazing!!, perfectly clean and well furnished, beautiful gardens and views in the entire property, and the most delicious complete “tico” breakfast, way beyond our expectations price/quality! The staff was very kind and make us feel as family! ❤️

Stayed here as part of a tour group. I was given a room at level 2 and was woken up every morning by road noise. The Wi-Fi didnt work properly, even at the reception I couldn’t connect to my VPN and was unusable in the room. Room looking a little worn. No tv channels in English. The grounds had pretty manicured landscaping but would have liked more jungle for maximum wild life. While I was there…there wasn’t any bird feeders set out and there wasn’t a sloth on the property. Some toucans did land way high up on some trees that I enjoyed seeing. It did have a decent view of volcano but it looked like there were other places with better views on the other side of the road. The buffet breakfast was just ok. Reception staff were nice.

We stayed at Arenal Volcano Inn when exploring this area. Our unit was up slope and had an unobstructed view of the volcano. Room was big with two beds, an adjacent alcove with coffee maker and refrigerator, and separate bathroom. The tropical grounds were tranquil, neat and well kept. Concrete or paved walkways led to different units, swimming pool, and restaurant. Breakfast was included though selections were somewhat limited. Location is around a 10 minute drive from downtown La Fortuna where many restaurants and tours/experiences purchased may be made there.
