Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

The hot spring garden in the tropical rain forest is beautiful and natural, which is very suitable for the whole family to go out and soak in hot springs♨️. From the hotel garden, the volcano is blocked, which is slightly insufficient because the various plants are too tall.

We got a day pass with a meal and got to spend some time at the hotsprings. The meal was a buffet of local cuisine and there is an assortment of hotsprings to choose from with different temperatures! There is a kiddie area and water slides. Very relaxing and highly recommended!

My family got a day pass to use the hot springs at Baldi. It was a perfect day until my husband was seriously injured going down the large middle slide. We are currently at a medical clinic and will have to spend the night to get a ct scan and to make sure he has not broken a bone. He followed the instructions at the top of this slide. His legs became separated when he was ejected from the slide. He was thrown sideways and landed very badly. Apparently this is a known thing and that particular slide is notorious for injuries. Baldi has not been helpful. We called and asked for a room for the rest of our party who can’t drive themselves home. They were charging us more than the advertised price on their website. One manager hung up on us when we questioned them. We were working with Juan Garcia and Ronny. I caution folks not to come here. It’s beautiful until it isn’t.

A once fantastic resort is sadly not once what it once was. It’s showing its age especially in the hotel room bathroom, but that is not the really bad part. Security was rude to my daughter the first night, then totally absent for 10 minutes at the gate when I was trying to leave the property the second morning. The front desk couldn’t get my reservation correct at check in, and then charged me for an extra (3rd) day after I had left way before check out time on check out day. I went to try and straighten this out after the fact and the front desk couldn’t care less. I just had to dispute the fraudulent charge with my credit card company.
