The hot spring area provided for hotel guests is great, and the service staff are very nice. The facilities are very convenient. If I go again, I will choose this hotel again.

Booked a rainforest room, you can hear the chirping of insects and birds outside the terrace at night, natural white noise to help you sleep. The hot spring is great, free to stay, and you can pay to enter if you don't stay. The hot spring is natural and very large, I personally feel it is the size of several rivers.

What a gem of a hotel! Great location, beautiful facilities, friendly service, and delicious food. We had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The environment is good, but you still need to rent a car to get to this hotel, otherwise it is very inconvenient and expensive, and you have to charge a 10% service fee for booking a car, which is very unreasonable

Tabacon was the highlight of our Costa Rica trip. The hot springs were gorgeous, the landscaping presine, the staff incredibly well-trained, and the rooms spotless. Where else can you sit in a pristine 100 degree waterfall? We ended up changing our busy itinerary and spent about 3x more time at Tabacon that we planned. We joke that when we go back we'll just spend the whole week at Tabacon. Breakfast was great although it was quite busy in the morning and there was a line for their made-to-order omelets. Other than that it was a perfect stay at Tabacon.
