The experience at this hotel was not as hoped. We arrived and checked in, as another guest was making a statement of discontent at the reception. We got to our room and had no water pressure. The room had no beside tables, the wifi did not work in the different rooms and the bathroom was essentially unusable. We had issues with the safe as well. The beds were fine. The maps provided are not accurate. The trails are not well maintained. The restaurant was very good. Overall, the hotel is expanding but lacks maintenance of current installations. The place is understaffed and the staff is doing the best they can. We will not return!

Excellent service spa, wonderful food at Rocca Restaurant, nice customer service at the Reception and awesome service with Wet Bar guys. The entire hotel has an beautiful to Arenal Volcano with an strategic ubication to go everywhere from the hotel.

What a beautiful hotel, the mud station and mineral pools were so relaxing! All the food and drinks included were so delicious. Would definitely come back!

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, quartos espaçosos, piscinas e área verde. Tem uma linda vista do vulcão Arenal e apesar de não ficar tão perto do centro do povoado, é fácil se deslocar até lá de táxi ou Uber. O destaque positivo é o Staff, muito atencioso e solicito, destaque para a camareira Liseth, muito criativa ao arrumar as cobertas, o recepcionista Kenny e o mensageiro Josué.

When there is part of a birthday trip. The staff is amazing.They did everything they possibly could to make our stay the best ever. The rooms are little casitas, which was a pleasant surprise. Also it was amazing to be able to see the volcano directly from the property. I was able to take amazing pictures while there.

Estadía agradable, piezas grandes. Buena atención. Cena de Año nuevo bien variada con música en vivo. Desayuno estuvo bien. Tienen juegos de mesa, los disfrutamos, pero podrían tener más opciones. Aspectos a mejorar: tener más toallas para la piscina, no tenían cuando pedimos, tuvimos que esperar como 1 hora. Disponer duchas en en área de piscina, todos deberían pasar por mla ducha antes de acceder a las piscinas. Desayuno variado, pero la bollería y masas podría ser de mejor calidad. Les sugiero promocionar mejor las actividad outdoor, nadie del hotel nos ofreció actividades, y no dimos cuenta que tenían al final.

While the rain was heavy, that didn’t put a damper on our experience. The staff was excellent including the front desk, the pool bar, and the experiences. Jorge will take you out on an evening walking tour on the grounds where you’ll see incredible frogs, insects and birds. Day trips to the volcano and La Fortuna waterfall are memorable experiences. The rooms here are nice, clean and comfortable. Pura Vida!
