I would never recommend this hotel! Costa Rica was going thru a natural disaster, we couldn’t fly into Liberia and they still REFUSED to refund our money. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away from this hotel, absolutely awful customer service.

The place is incredible, the staff magnificent!!! Juan José and his work team are spectacular: Friendly, Attentive. Exquisite food, lots of variety and very well equipped rooms. We certainly hope to return soon
