Excelente hotel em la fortuna próximo de tudo bem no centro da cidade e totalmente seguro o local e o centrinho. Você fica com a chave do portão e o hotel é bem agradavel. Tem mesas no jardim pra conhecer novas pessoas depois de um dia cansativo. O local do café da manhã fica em frente porem nao tomei cafe devido aos horarios dos tours. Não posso opinar sobre. A atendente Maria é muito simpatica e agradavel. Você pode comprar tours também pelo hotel pelo mesmo valor praticamente que pesquisei na internet. Agua quente da ducha, camas confortaveis.

Very nice spacious room, in the middle of downtown! Small patios with games. Nice and safe area to walk around surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Girls at the reception were very nice, especially Jimena with helping us planning our tours, Vanessa that had our room tighten up everyday! Only things missing was a small fridge. But would for sure recommend staying here.

I stayed for 4 nights and was satisfied with my experience. MariaJose and Jimena were so helpful in booking my tours at the front desk. Free breakfast was available from 7am - 9am across the hotel at La Vid Steakhouse. I liked the location because it just minutes from the city center, stores, and a block from the supermarket. You can hear the band playing from the restaurant across the busy street at night. I'd stay here again on my next visit.

We booked four nights here at the end of our holiday. It is definitely budget. The first two nights were ok. The second two not so good. There was an AC unit on the roof that was so loud. They had someone come to fix it after the first night of howling so when we got back from our day it was quiet but it started again loud and howling again in the middle of the night. None of our AC units worked well. The girls who work there are extremely nice and helpful but they do not work overnight so there is no one to complain to. It felt secure with locked gate we had keys for. The rooms are clean and are very basic. We did ask for a mini fridge which they said they would find for us but it never happened. The coffee maker was a welcome asset. Its location is pretty much on the corner of an extremely busy intersection so you hear traffic all night. Our room being on the street end was probably the loudest of the rooms.
