Cet hôtel, bien situé, n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de 5 étoiles !!!! Nous en sortant déçus, malgré un membre du personnel bien sympa à l’accueil… Le spa par contre est top !!! le restaurant décevant… le service pas très professionnel, attente au bar pendant un bon moment avant que quelqu’un vienne nous voir… Propreté à revoir… Au retour de notre journée à l’extérieur, membres du personnel en train de fumer et boire sur le parvis de l’entrée…jamais vu ça. Vélo électrique ne fonctionnant pas correctement, réglage du guidon impossible, tombé en panne à 20kms, retour à force de jambes, malgré problème au genou. Bref… on ne réitéra pas l’expérience.

hôtel de charme, personnel et direction efficaces et sympathiques, nourriture excellente, repas gastro par un chef japonais sublime. MAIS pas d'ascenseur ni de douche séparée. L'emplacement est au top et on pense y retourner l'an prochain. J'espère que l'absence d'ascenseur sera signalée dans le document de l'hôtel.

A mes yeux, le plus bel hôtel de l'île. J'ai passé un excellent séjour, TOUT était parfait : le personnel est vraiment très très prévenant et souriant, le Directeur est très impliqué et très à l'écoute (j'ai très rarement vu cela, il est donc important de le souligner), le cadre est époustouflant avec une sublime vue panoramique sur l'océan, la propreté de l'hôtel est irréprochable, la piscine est grande, le petit-déjeuner est gargantuesque avec un service aux petits oignons (l'équipe est vraiment adorable et très professionnelle), la brasserie est très bonne avec une superbe vue sur l'océan, le restaurant gastronomique l'Arnerault offre une exceptionnelle gastronomie (rarement dégusté une cuisine aussi savoureuse, originale et si bien présentée, à mon sens, ce restaurant gastronomique est très largement digne d'un étoilé), la suite était très spacieuse, au calme et ĺà encore d'une propreté irréprochable, pour finir, le SPA utilisant des produits Thalgo est d'un très haut niveau et très grand. L'hôtel Le Richelieu devient mon hôtel de référence. Un grand MERCI pour ce séjour inoubliable et à très bientôt pour sûr !

Très bel hôtel et agencement parfait pour une double chambre parents / enfants. Emplacement idéal face à la plage de la Flotte. Belle piscine et espace SPA marine. L’accueil et la qualité du personnel est aussi à noter. Seul petit regret : le SPA non ouvert aux mineurs.

Nous avons juste dejeuné à 4 en famille. Nous voulions prendre un plateau de fruits de mer mais ils ne sont disponibles que du mercredi au dimanche… Nous avons finalement opté pour le menu brasserie du jour (entrée/plat/dessert) et avons été enchantés. Assiettes magnifiques, délicieuses et raffinées (gravlax + lieu jaune + pêche pochée). Nous avions réservé et notre table au plus près de la mer était parfaite. Le service était très professionnel sans être guindé (bravo Charly et encore merci !). Nous prévoyons de revenir sur l’île de Ré, nous essaierons les fruits de mer à l’occasion…

Panne d’eau, d’eau chaude, panne électrique, alarme incendie défectueuse à 5h30 du matin… Décompte aberrant du mini-bar et des petits déjeuners… À éviter, pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. J’ai du exiger un geste commercial en retour qui a été minime…
