Pet friendly Hotels La Crosse

Booked through trip.com and the hotel somehow erased the card used by Trip to book it and charged my card… I caught them the first time when I was checking in when she tried to charge me and she cleared it… said only $50 would go on my card then for incidentals… which it did, but then again the next morning when I was checking out, I looked at my account and they had charged me again in full for the room… It’s been 4 days and the hold still hasn’t fallen off… That’s too much money to be taking from people in error for them to have to wait days to get back… Definitely not happy about it and won’t be returning. Other than that, all was decent.

We had just a quick overnight stay. The staff were gracious and the room was very nice and very clean.

I stayed 3 days, 2 nights. Very friendly and supportive staff.

We had a quick overnight stay. Just needed a place to sleep and clean up. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and the price was right for what we needed. Would stay there again.

The location is not particularly reasonable, but everything else is fine.
