Excelente atención. Muy limpio, desayuno riquísimo, se puede almorzar o cenar por precios razonables y acordes El lugar es muy hermoso, en un entorno natural a 50 metros de la playa. Disfrutable todo el año. Piscinas exterior, una de de ellas climatizada, tinajas calientes en medio de la naturaleza con chorros, piscina interior y jacuzzi, sala de juegos, gym, sauna. We stayed here in the separate units with 2 bedrooms. It was beautiful. There are 3 pools! The indoor pool is very warm. The food is pretty good and they have gluten free options. They have wood heated hot tubs right next to the beach. There is a little soccer field and a play area. A highlight was the hanging bridge. Chuy and thr fort is just minutes away.

Nos acabamos de retirar del hotel, éramos clientes la atención y el servicio han declinado de manera lamentable! Sé innundó todo, la habitación disminuta llena de humedad realmente un desastre! Una choza! Las paredes el piso todo mojdo, la animación para niños en vacaciones no existe porque se enfermó la animadora? Bueno nos retiramos ni disculpas no pidieron! Solo saber cuándo dejamos la habitación para venderla? Con bote deberían alquilarla! Lamentable

Internet en la habitación malísimo,prácticamente no existe.No tiene Netflix. Pasaron a hacer la habitación a las 16 hr, yo estaba por dormir siesta, estuvo libre la habitación desde las 9.30 y fueron a las 16hr. Internet es fundamental!

El hotel es de época pero está cuidado y limpio aunque no es excelente en limpieza en los espacios en común . Para el verano debe ser ideal por los espacios al aire libre que tiene. Maravilloso entorno! Fuimos en invierno, llegamos un día de mucha lluvia así que no pudimos aprovechar el exterior. La piscina interior re bien climatizada y con amplio horario para su uso. Afuera tienen otra climatizada y una de tamaño olímpico de agua fría. Tiene diferentes espacios para sentarse a charlar o leer algo. El personal muy amable. El desayuno completo, bizcochos, medialunas, tortas dulces variadas, scones, tostadas, sándwiches calientes, yogurth, cereales, café, leche, jugo… espectaculares los scones y varias cosas dulces que probé. El hotel tiene restaurante con bastante variedad y precios razonables. Lo que no me gusto es que el agua de la ducha en la habitación en pleno invierno salía tibia o apenas tibia.

Volvimos a este hotel. Tiene 3 piscinas (2 de ellas de agua caliente, una techada y otra al aire libre). Zona de juegos. Buen restaurante. Muy buena atención y disposición. No hicimos uso de las tinajas de madera (agua caliente) porque nos resultan muy caliente. Está situado a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Chuy (fronteriza con Brasil) lo que permite ir de paseo comercial donde hay ofertas de precios y productos atractivas.

Nos gustó mucho hacía 9 años años que no ibamos, tiene 2 piscinas nuevas Exteriores una climatizada y las famosas Tinajas. Se descansa muy bien y la alimentación es de primera.
