GH Santina Resort Hemos estado diez días alojados en este Hotel en el cual solo podemos decir un diez tanto en el trato recibido por Andrea y todo su Personal está situado en una zona muy tranquila y con unas instalaciones impresionantes nos Ilevamos un grato recuerdo de nuestra estancia y lo recomendamos Cien por Cien. Hôtel et restauration remarquables. Personnel du bar, de la restauration et de la réception à l'écoute et s'efforçant à dialoguer en français. Cependant la plage avec transats réservés pour l'hôtel ne fait pas partie des plus belles plages de l'île.

Alors , déjà la station station balnéaire est pas terrible et cerise sur le gâteau lors de l’arrivée, on nous a imposé de payer une taxe de 100 € pour l’accès au transat à la Plage ☀️🏖🏝 et au club de gym. Du grand délire, je n’avais jamais vu ça de ma vie. La chambre était tout à fait quelconque digne d’un hôtel deux étoiles avec vue sur un terrain vague. Le repas du soir est un buffet où il faut se lever et se servir tout de même facturé 25 € par personne. La bouteille de vin rosé est à 30 € Le petit déjeuner, est quant à lui aussi tout à fait quelconque, pas de jus de fruits frais… Il n’y a aucune ambiance dans cet hôtel, le pauvre Roberto essaie de chanter au bar, mais il n’y a personne… Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement, le lit est à peine fait,les matelas été sales, et l’isolation est à revoir ainsi que l’insonorisation. Lorsque les voisins partent à 4h30 du matin pour prendre leur avion. Bah vous êtes au courant. Donc si j’ai conseil à vous donner, la Sardaigne est magnifique, mais allez plutôt du côté de Castelsardo ou de Lu Bagnu à 1/4 d’heure , Vous trouverez des hôtels de meilleure qualité et des stations balnéaires bien plus sympa . En étant tout à fait objectif, il faut reconnaître que le personnel était sympathique et que la piscine est très jolie mais pour plus de 1000 € les quatre nuits à trois ( 2 adultes et un enfant ) ça fait cher!! Bref, très déçu, nous ne reviendrons pas à cet hôtel lors de notre prochain voyage en Sardaigne .

Esperienza fantastica, posto molto tranquillo ,rilassante. Personale alla reception molto professionale. Pulizia camera ogni giorno Ristorante super, si mangia sul terrazzo con vista mare.Cucina eccezionale. Piatti diversi ogni giorno, vasta scelta di aperitivi. Primi e secondi tipici del Mediterraneo e anche dalla cucina locale. Ho fatto una settimana piacevole in questa struttura ,lo rifarei un altra volta.

Estetica del villaggio molto bella, ma la pulizia è da migliorare: infatti non sempre il pavimento delle camere è molto pulito, soprattutto il balcone un po’ “lasciato andare”; in un hotel con quattro stelle non mi aspettavo il cestino e lo scopino del wc arrugginiti, tra l’altro i cestini in stanza non sempre vengono svuotati (ho dovuto tirare fuori il sacchetto per far capire che dovevano essere cambiati). Anche la finestra che porta al balcone è da rivedere, infatti non si riesce a chiudere e chiedendo ad una persona dello staff ci ha mostrato di chiudere la finestra tirando un calcio.. Il lato peggiore di questo hotel è la cucina: per quanto riguarda la cena, il cibo non è adatto ad un hotel a 4 stelle, ma più ad una mensa di scarso livello, infatti il cibo è a buffet, cucinato male e per non sprecarlo viene riciclato di giorno in giorno peggiorando ulteriormente la qualità; però la colazione è più che sufficiente poiché offre diversi tipi di cibo (sia dolce che salato), ma essendo un hotel a 4 stelle sul caffè non ci siamo: infatti è caffè della macchinetta e liofilizzato; il personale che serve al buffet è privo di guanti mettendo le mani nei piatti dei clienti, cosa non molto igienica. Anche la spiaggia non è assolutamente curata, nonostante la grandezza che si potrebbero sfruttare: gli ombrelloni e gli sdrai sono “buttati” senza un minimo di organizzazione e sulla riva c’è un ammasso di alghe, che potrebbero essere almeno spostate. Nonostante questo ci sono anche dei lati postivi: la camera è grande e con mobili nuovi, la piscina molto bella e grande e l’estetica del villaggio in generale curata e si adatta ad un hotel a 4 stelle. Inoltre il personale è sempre a disposizione, soprattutto il bagnino che si trova in piscina sempre disponibile, gentile e molto premuroso.

Dudé un poco al reservar este hotel porque la puntuación en limpieza era un poco baja para mi gusto porque soy muy exigente con la limpieza en los hoteles. Fue un acierto escoger este hotel, la estructura es muy agradable, espacio amplio, bonito, limpio y cuidado. El personal muy amable, el socorrista muy majo, los camareros muy atentos y el cantante era un tipo curioso y agradable. La habitación muy cómoda y acogedora con gran balcón y vistas al mar y a la piscina. Como puntos de mejora resaltaría que el personal de limpieza tendrían que reponer los sobres de gel y los rollos de papel del baño, que se terminaron y tuvimos que ir a pedirlo, no se dieron cuenta de que no teníamos. También estaría bien que hubiera alguna amenitie más, unas zapatillas por ejemplo, en la habitación debería de haber una toalla de piscina porque la piscina es fabulosa y con una toalla del hotel sería todavía mejor y por último el desayuno podría variar un poquito, que cada día había lo mismo. Como dato curioso, en algunos balcones habían nidos de golondrinas y justo eclosionaron los huevos mientras estábamos en la habitación y fue algo muy bonito, los pajaritos no molestan nada ni hacen ruido, así que para mí ha sido un buen punto. Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido exactamente lo que necesitábamos.

Resort molto accogliente e familiare, dalle camere nuove e pulite. Una pecca è la cucina, dalla qualità incerta e menù poco vario. Un altro problema è il personale, scarico e poco attento alla cura della struttura. Bellissimo posto, resort bello, bella esperienza, però non so se tornerei.
