Malheureusement pour le prix payé, nous avons passez la nuit la bas et dans la chambre pas de chauffage nous avons eu froid et du coup passé une mauvaise nuit...et le wc ne fonctionnait pas la chasse était défectueuse donc désagréable pour le prix payé pour le week-end je m'attendais à un geste ....

Hygiène des chambres mauvaise ( poils dans la baignoire, tache sur la tête de lit, poussières ++). Le petit déjeuner n’est pas self-service. C’est très désagréable d’entendre le même discours chaque fois qu’un client est servi!!! Le spa est sympa.

Hôtel un peu vieillot et dépassé malgré les 4 étoiles. Personnel brusque et peu souriant. Pas de self-service au petit-déjeuner, il faut faire la queue pour se faire servir. On a presque l’impression de se faire gronder à chaque fois que l’on demande quelque chose.

Nicht gerade im Zentrum gelegen, dafür aber ruhig. Tolle Zimmer mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Inhaber geführt, und das merkt man. Lauter freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, vorgelebt von der Chefin. Auch das Frühstück war Topp.

Alors là j’ai jamais vu des gens aussi impolis incondescend !quelle honte il ne pense qu au profit de l’argent et quel manque de respect au client,je ne remettrai plus les pieds la bas et j’encouragerais ceux qui me demanderont mon avis de ne pas y aller . La responsable prend les gens de haut et totalement fermée il faut qu’elle change de métier car elle ne sait pas recevoir ses clients peut être vigile chez EGS …. .non merci .

Exceptionnel, hôtel de grande qualité à tous les niveaux. Personnel accueillant, au petit soin. Prestations de grande qualité, notamment le spa qui est exceptionnel. Piscine intérieur à débordement et extérieur dans un cadre exceptionnel. L'espace sauna vous fait voyager, différentes températures, différentes odeurs, terrasses et là encore vue sur le paysage. Peignoirs, linges pantoufles mis à disposition. Le restaurant offre une carte très variée avec notamment des produits locaux. D'une qualité exquise, le voyage est assuré. Le petit déjeuner, une première, à base de produit locaux, et là encore le personnel serviable, au petit soins, toujours inquiet de savoir si l'on a besoin de quelque chose.

This is about 2km out of town but high up, altitude 1111 metres apparently, so has a good view over the valley. There is parking outside but they charge for it, which seems a bit unnecessary. It's a bit more of a business hotel than one designed to charm tourists but good enough for our needs. The room had a view too. Rather than drive into town we had dinner in their restaurant which was good enough but not exceptional. Breakfast was in the same area but rather odd, not quite a buffet, you had to go to the counter ask for what you wanted, and one of the staff served it to you. Not a very satisfactory system really.
