Good sound insulation: even on the street side, you can't hear the traffic. Very clean bathroom, but unusable bathtub: the protruding water spout is positioned on the head side. The shower is not particularly practical either (fixed shower head). Breakfast is of the expected standard with a sufficient choice and perfectly suitable products (bread and pastries, etc.)
