There is a shower room at the head of the bed, and it is a transparent glass shower room. The water in the shower room will flow out and flow near the bed! ! OMG! ! ! A five-star resort is at this level! ! ! And the check-in front desk spoke like a recitation + machine gun, with no expression on his face! ! ! This is the first time I have encountered such a passionate Spanish front desk receptionist! ! There are many resorts in this area, and this one recommended by Ctrip is defined as the No. 1 recommendation! ! I really didn't consider it and booked it directly! ! As a result, I was very disappointed! ! ! The funniest thing about the indoor swimming pool is that there are only 1-2 people in it. Then we handed in our cards to go in, and they told us that we couldn't enter without a reservation. We arrived at the indoor swimming pool at 5 pm and told us that we could only make a reservation for 9 pm... Then this hotel is far from the beach, and we have to drive to the basement! ! There are 4 elevators in the lobby. We went up and down and finally found that only 1 of them could reach the basement...so confusing!!

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.
