The rooms are different between each other , my husband and I stayed at a room in front of the beach and it was the best, the rooms with view to the garden, it was 2 of them, was not so good, there was a smell of humidity in one of them and the other one was worst yet. For other side, the service was the best.vthe beach is not the best but was ok. The restaurants for reservation is very good too.

The beach has jellyfish and it can’t be used and don’t high hopes and expectations, also the pools are not clean. My kids get sick since even the kids pool has bugs all over also the adult pool is awful, bugs , ants. I went to front desk they said the manager in a meeting and pool guy is out. I waited for over an hour and no action. It’s health issue just watch out.

My Wife,myself and my Daughter travelled and both rooms immaculate and cleaned daily by a lovely group of Ladies. Whilst there, we celebrated our Wedding anniversary and arrived to a banner on the door and Champagne and chocolates,I then recieved another bottle of champagne for my Birthday. We didn`t eat at any of the onsite Restaurants as we were satisfied with the buffet restaurant which was always varied and well cooked and the service was great. Only downside for me was that the Pool bar has no seating but it meant I found a Beach bar called the Hibiscus which is a little hidden gem. The grounds and Hotel are kept clean and tidy and are a credit to the Staff. The Staff are brilliant,very friendly always smiling and willing to have a joke with you. Avoid the Privilege Club hawkers just tell them NO

Bar staff extremely hostile, constantly ignored at the bar. Drinks served in the restaurant after we finished dinner. No hot water in room, tepid at best. Rated 5* by TUI had better service In a Travel lodge. Been here 3 days can’t wait to fly home ‘!!!!!!!! Never again

Overall pretty good hotel! Building definitely need to be updated, but not critical. Hotel territory nice and quiet. Food delicious! Staff great! Beach clean and nice! But one big minus - JELLYFISH! Be prepare to got sting.

Muy buen hotel, excelentes atenciones. Lo que deben buscar es la forma de que la playa no se le contamine con el agua sucia del rio que desemboca en ella, cuando fuimos no la pudimos usar porque el agua estaba muy sucia. Por lo demás, el hotel es recomendable.

The hotel was good. Room services, the workers, and night shows were excellent but the food was horrible and tasteless. If you are spending 4 days at that hotel, be ready to eat the same things over and over and over and over again. On my third night, I went to ask the front desk to ask if it was possible to order something from outside using Uber Eats and they said no, I was desperate to eat something actually good.
