Abitare in Vacanza

Abitare in vacanza è stato amore a prima vista. È sentirsi a casa, coccolati dall'eleganza sobria della struttura e dalla discrezione degli spazi comuni. Affacciato su un porticciolo turistico, il residence del corpo 1 consente momenti di sano relax godendo della brezza che arriva dal mare attraverso un terrazzino al piano elevato ben arredato, con ampia veduta che gradatamente dal verde della rigogliosa vegetazione del giardino di ingresso conduce all' azzurro del mare dal quale si elevano gli alberi delle tante imbarcazioni ferme nel porto. Alle spalle del terrazzino una grande vetrata mette in bella mostra l'angolo palestra a cui è annessa la sala biliardo con altri giochi da intrattenimento. Ed addentrandosi ancora si può fruire di una confortevole area lettura con comodi divani bianchi ed una libreria, dove poter oziare ascoltando della piacevole musica rilassante di sottofondo. Le singile dimore sono arredate in stile moderno, minimal, dai toni chiari e dalle forme ricercate; con la cura dei particolari e l'attenzione alle comodità. Più che appartamenti sembrano suite di albergo. La disposizione delle stesse valorizza la riservatezza degli ospiti. Strategica la posizione del residence, ad un passo dal corso che ogni sera trasformandosi in isola pedonale regala piacevoli passeggiate tra stand vari, negozietti, localini e ristoranti. Un fitto cartellone di eventi culturali organizzati dall'area fraterna, intrattiene le serate di chi ha voglia di pensare anche in vacanza. Tutto concentrato, ideale per chi concepisce la vacanza come un "luogo da abitare", dove il necessario è a portata di mano. La spiaggia più vicina alla residenza è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 7/10 Min. Tutto intorno, in ogni caso, le altre spiagge sono raggiungibili in auto, le più vicine in 10 Min, comunque percorrendo strade gradevoli e non trafficate. La Caletta è un posto per chi cerca la tranquillità, dove non c' è fretta, non c' è calca, non c' è rumore, né confusione; dove si apprezza il muoversi lenti nel tempo. Le sue spiagge sono tutte ampie, di sabbia fine e bianca, dall'acqua trasparente e dalla colorazione gradata, abitate a riva dai pesciolini; mai affollate, anche nei giorni di punta facilmente si trovano aree libere. L'area è però mal coperta dalla rete internet. Dunque, la struttura, la posizione, la cura, l'igiene, la quiete, fanno di Abitare in Vacanza una residenza estiva esclusiva; con il valore aggiunto del garbo e della ospitalità dell'host, ovvero dell'intera famiglia di Alessandro Costa.

Appartamenti ben equipaggiati, comodi e pulitissimi, posizione perfetta vicino al centro e alle spiagge. Alessandro e sua moglie sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Lo consiglio per una vacanza relax!

We came for a few days to stay at this property. Kind and apologetic staff. Clean apartment. With parking. The only thing I didn't find as per the description given in booking was the hairdryer. Fairly dated furniture. View of the marina. Impeccable tranquility. I would recommend changing the matter yourself as it is broken, punctured and honestly gives a sense of lack of care. The apartment could be better looked after. for example the mirror found broken and already with their knowledge could have been replaced in advance. Furthermore.. I would give the possibility of having a small umbrella supplied. The location is really beautiful

Friendly and highly educated staff, pleasant and clean facility and perfect location. Acceptable price quality. Beautiful place, close to the sea and the center of the town... we will certainly return for new experiences... congratulations and thanks

This was the summer of change, we traveled a lot from Veneto, Liguria, France, Piedmont....but when we arrived in Piedmont, it was pure love, it was magic here, so much so that we decided to settle here.....

Very little seriousness on the part of the staff who takes care of the reservation with a strong tendency towards rudeness. After a vague communication, which however cannot correspond to the truth, regarding an unfounded lack of funds on the credit card communicated for the booking, and my subsequent phone call to obtain clarifications on the matter, I first heard myself being mocked with the nickname of those who tell "********" and subsequently the phone call was interrupted. A truly bad example, considering that the person I contacted should correspond to the owner of the facility

We stayed 2 nights in an apartment in block 2 on the second floor of the property in question and we had a very good time. Block 2 is characterized by less modern furnishings than block 1 but has the added use of the swimming pool and a more satisfying sea/marina view, which is why we chose it, following a request for availability which was positively received by the kind manager. Alexander. To tell the truth, the swimming pool was temporarily out of use due to a pump failure but during our stay we did not have time to use it given the beauty of the nearby beaches. In the apartment, delivered impeccably clean, there is a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, broom and dustpan, table and chairs on the balcony, TV and air conditioning in both the bedroom that in the kitchen/living room, WI-FI etc... in short, there is everything necessary even for a long stay, I only missed the mosquito nets as the silence of the area allows you to easily sleep with the windows open, however the Hokkaido brand air conditioners work perfectly although the external motor on the balcony is a bit noisy. The location is strategic as you can easily reach on foot both the street with the restaurants and the small port from where the boats leave for excursions to Cala Luna and the surrounding areas, even the beautiful Siniscola beach can still be reached on foot. All in all, a very positive experience with no negative notes, I would undoubtedly go back very happily.
