Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits. Une chambre propre, refaite à neuf. Un accés au spa, vraiment génial, parking juste à côté de l'hôtel, quant au restaurant, les plats sont copieux, faits maison du début à la fin, et le petit déjeuner est très bien lui aussi, beaucoup de choix, gâteaux faits maison, des fruits, du salé, du sucré... lit très grand. Les serveurs et serveuses sont au top, gentils, discrets et présents à la fois. Les cuissons des viandes sont maitrisées. Bref, nous avons adoré et nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit au Clos Cerdan (dîner+petit déjeuner) suite à un cadeau. Nous avons été bien reçus et informés. Les chambres sont belles, propres et récentes apparemment. Nous avions vue sur la vallée. L établissement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la citadelle de Mont-Louis. Le dîner s'est très bien passé, les personnels sont avenants et de bon conseil. Les plats sont très bien présentés et copieux. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien (sucré -salé), mention spéciale aux gâteaux qui je pense sont faits maison. Le plus de l établissement : le complexe aquatique (bassin, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) et le tout est très propre. La partie "bar" est un peut datée mais la vue est sympathique avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la vallée. Parking devant et à côté de l établissement. De nombreuses randos à proximité. Je le répète ce fut une bonne surprise pour nous car lorsqu'on voit certains avis, on peut se poser des questions.

Très bien reçu, les chambres sont très bien, le restaurant également. Un 20/20 pour le cake à la pistache 😉. Petit bémol sur les oreillers. Mais pour le reste, nous sommes très contents et la piscine et surtout le jacuzzi nous ont bien détendu. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe

Location
Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water.

Evitar temporadas altas, para tener buen servicio.
A éviter en haute saison.
Hotel agradable y comodo, pero desconsejo venir en temporada alta que estan bastante superados.
Por ejemplo, nos paso que se les olvido hacer la habitacion. A decirlo, ni pidieron disculpa, nos traeron unas toallas y hicieron la cama, nada mas. Sin embargo, se come muy bien y variado en el restaurante. Aunque de nuevo una de las noches, nos olvidaron y el servicio resulto muy lento. Y si quereís cenar tarde no se puede, el ultimo servicio es a las 19h45!

Un accueil familial chaleureux et convivial. Une chambre au confort parfait et à la vue exceptionnelle sur le Cambre d'Aze. La restauration était au top. Un Calme assuré. Une propreté irréprochable. Idéalement situé comme l'avait prévu Vauban, au coeur de la citadelle de Mont-Louis et au carrefour de la cerdagne, du capcir et du conflent.
