Très bel hôtel ; architecture superbe , très grand. Mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de 5 étoiles c’est dommage. Excellent service de réception , personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Les chambres sont de très bonne taille mais équipement vieillissant. En revanche literie de très bonne qualité. Parking de l’hôtel payant … en plein été pourquoi pas les places sont chères à la baule mais alors en plein mois de janvier c’est pas normal surtout quand on occupe en groupe une centaine de chambres. Le petit déjeuner est moyen , on a vu beaucoup beaucoup mieux. Piscine assez fraîche c’est dommage Pas de soins au spa de l’hôtel car c’est en période hivernale. Bar très agréable, carte de cocktail avec un très large choix et personnel sympathique.

L'Hermitage est un lieu magique ; cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion de revenir dans ce bel endroit et sincèrement tout est toujours au top !

Week-end à la Baule dans un lieu magique…
Séjour très reposant dans un hôtel que nous avons aimez retrouver après un éloignement du à la crise sanitaire entre autre .
L’endroit est merveilleux et le personnel accueillant.
Petit déjeuner excellent, bonne cuisine.
Service de chambre au top, conciergerie, et accueille également.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Féerique !
Très belle vue mer depuis la chambre. Piscines intérieures et extérieures. Large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner. Hôtel en front de mer. Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir anticipé la réservation au restaurant pour le dîner.

Un hôtel et des prestations incroyables. Réception à l’image d’un 5 étoiles. Accueil personnalisé et très sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir été surclassé et la chambre est tout bonnement superbe. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et le dîner très bon.

Encore un excellent séjour dans ce superbe hôtel - un très grand plaisir d’avoir pu à nouveau nous y reposer en famille, à 4 cette fois-ci. Service véritablement impeccable et gentillesse des différentes équipes très Pro. Toutes les activités pour les enfants sont vraiment un plus indéniable.

Habitue de la chaine Barriere , nous avons ete bien reçu des notre arrivée et avons apprecie le hall la piscine et son solarium avec des transats super confortable quant a la chambre tout y est avec une belle vue sur piscine et l ocean quand au petit dejeuner a l'image de la chaine produits frais et tres varies je ne peux que recommander a refaire des que possible
