I booked the wrong night (the night before) and the manager doesn’t want to make any effort to book a room for the current night even if there’s rooms available. I was so disappointed about the customer care / service for a 4-stars hotel. As result a booked a night in another hotel more convenient.

Nous avons pris la chambre prestige, très grande, propre 👍🏻 Une grande douche, 2 balcons .. Acceuil chaleureux, personnel très sympa. Piscine chauffée etc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de tout ayant des enfants mais nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille. Famille Cholet .

Bonjour, Nous avons été diner au restaurant de cet établissement. Nous avons été très déçu par rapport a l année dernière , le personnel est aimable et fait ce qu'il peut, mais n' est pas qualifié pour ce genre d'établissement, le repas moyen et en petite quantité , franchement nous avions faim en sortant.

Nous avions réservé pour une semaine du 8 au 16 août. Très bon accueil avec le sourire. Chambre agréable et belle salle de bain. Petit déjeuner copieux avec ses 3 buffets...il y a le choix. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes a 3mn en voiture et 15mn a pieds du centre ville de la Baule. Le seul souci à nos yeux c'est le voisinage dans la zone artisanale. Ne pas prendre une chambre vu piscine. (Erreur de notre part) vous avez vu derrière sur les terrains à gauche voitures abandonnées et juste derrière la piscine le terrain d'un traiteur tout juste propre. Le (les) propriétaire (s) devrait se pencher sur ce souci important à nos yeux. Dommage.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux (sucré et salé). Personnel très agréable. Piscine correcte. La salle de sport a un matériel vetuste (notamment les vélos) mais fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas testé le sauna. Nous avons dîné au restaurant, plats tout a fait corrects niveau qualite prix, en revanche prix des vins délirants. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place c'est un plus. Petit couac une journée sur le ménage qui laissait vraiment à désirer et une paire de basket oubliée sur le balcon lors de notre depart et qui n'a jamais été retrouvée... experience dans cet hôtel positive.
